More recent views of THIRTEEN WEBCAMS include those originating from The United States, Brazil, Spain, Malta, Denmark, Switzerland, Nigeria, Kuwait, India, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia.                                                                                                                                                                                   The following two paragraphs indicate mistaken judgement on my part, due to all of the threats being made against this website by the criminals:                                                                                                                                        On January 6, 2016, I activated the closed captioning feature on several of my webcams on YouTube: the text, which someone else entered, is total gibberish intended to make me appear to be ill. I do not know for how long these nonsense texts have been present on the webcams. For more examples of deliberate sabotage, see "SERVER BLOCK", under "contact". I have reported this crime to the FBI, using their crime tips form available on the internet at fbi.gov.                                                                       I HAVE MORE RECENTLY LEARNED THAT THE CRAZY TEXTS ARE AUTO-GENERATED ON YOUTUBE'S SYSTEM, BY VOICE-RECOGNITION SOFTWARE WHICH DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY. I HAD ORIGINALLY ASSUMED THE TEXTS TO BE TYPED INTO THE SYSTEM BY EMPLOYEES PAID TO DO SO. MY MISTAKE!                                                                                                                                                                                                                             The Executive Office of The President, EOB, Washington, D.C., viewed the site on June 8, 2012. The website page, "OBAMA THE CRIMINAL", was viewed by "obama headquarters newark", November 3, 2012, several days prior to Barack Obama's re-election as President of The United States! Five visitors to this website were identified as "The United States Government". The United States Department of Justice, Potomac, MD, visited the website, May 23, 2013. Conclusive evidence proves that the FBI has been reading this website, and maintaining surveillance of my activities on the internet! This raises the question of why this site, and myself, are of such crucial importance to the U.S. Government, and to so many other people, including millions of local felons! Among their staff are 3 Nobel laureates (see Wikipedia for details). A month later, a Puerto Rican told other Puerto Ricans at Rumba's Cafe, Central Avenue, Jersey City, NJ, that a Puerto Rican passenger on an Al Italia jetliner at Rome International Airport, bound for New York City, heard the captain warning passengers to avoid Puerto Ricans in New York City because "they are dangerous!".                         This website has been viewed in New York City, New York State, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, Maine, Maryland, Delaware, Washington, D.C., Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Information is spreading along the eastern seaboard of the United States. Numerous visits to the site from The Russian Federation come mostly from Moscow. The City of New York has a sizable Russian population, most of them being former Muscovites. A Russian emigre in Central Park accosted me about damage to New York City, ignoring the fact that I am a victim. Another Russian in a Starbucks in Manhattan harassed me continuously while I ate there. From a safe distance.                                                                                                                                                                        More recently (2024) a preponderance of visits has originated from Beijing and other cities in mainland China.                                                                                                                                                                                  Visits from capital cities worldwide indicate the accessing of this site by governments. The United Nations is located in Manhattan, NYC. Many of its thousands of employees live in The City of New York. The criminals harassed me openly in Manhattan for years, in front of everyone else there.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Details so specific as to indicate prior knowledge of the contents of the site, have been entered into search engines, by first-time visitors, at locations around the world. This suggests an electronic and verbal spreading of information.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Data on visits made between December 2, 2011, and February 12, 2012, is not available. Since February 13, 2012, half of all first-time visitors have made, on average, 3 additional visits. The duration of these repeat visits averages 7 minutes per visit. A total of nearly 4,000 visits accounts for 10 days, 14 hours of access time as of November 30, 2014 (the actual number of visits is probably much greater: see "SERVER BLOCK", under "contact", for details of numerous discrepancies in data appearing in the "Analytics" package).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               How many visitors copy the site, or parts thereof, cannot be determined. Data available as of July 26, 2014, indicates the occurrence of downloading. Subsequent uploads to other systems would not be displayed on "Analytics".                                                                                                                                              In early 2017, more than 100 downloads in 90 days were indicated as originating from New York City, NY. Downloads made from Moscow, St. Petersburg, and other Russian cities have likewise continued.                                                                                                                                     Facebook downloaded this website on November 20, 2018.                                                                                                                                                                                       From December 2, 2011 to June 2, 2019 (7 1/2 years) I have developed this website on the internet, which has 5 billion users. Discrepancies in the data on "Analytics" prevent determination of the exact number of visitors to this site. Extrapolation from what has been presented on "Analytics", including visits from world capitals and universities, suggests very large numbers of visitors, downloads, copying of pages, and placement of this site on other systems worldwide. See "SERVER BLOCK", under "contact".                                                                                                                                                                                                                           An internet company reviewing this site (January, 2020), has published data on average monthly activity by visitors per year to www.kennethruegg.com, an analysis of which indicates more than 270 million actions taken by visitors to this site, during eight years and one month, for that domain name. The exact number of actions by visitors is 270,520,700. Similar data on activity by visitors to www.kenruegg.com shows more than 220 million actions for that domain name, the exact number being 224,577,915. The total number of actions by visitors to this site for both domain names is almost 500 million, the exact number being 495,098,615. This total represents between 5% to 10% of all 5 billion users on the internet. The average number of visits to this site is increasing over time. Data for the week ending October 26, 2020, shows approximately 5 million actions per day.                The exact number of unique visitors and repeat visitors to the site is undetermined, as are downloads, copying of pages, and viewing of the website on other systems to which it has been downloaded.                                                                                                                                                                                     As of January, 2020, this website remains on Google, but has been removed from Yahoo and Bing. See "home" for more information.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           The above facts answer the sarcastic question posed by the criminals: "What can he do about it?". The information is on Google, Yahoo, Bing, YouTube, Google+, Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Tumblr, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other systems, supported by evidence. Materials placed on one social network, have had 12,122 views, as of August 30, 2014.* No doubt items on other networks have had similar, or greater numbers of visits.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Millions of criminals in New York City and adjacent areas, including cities and townships in New Jersey, are forcing me to fight for my life, alone, surrounded by them. Many of these felons make statements such as, "We're all Puerto Ricans! What can they do to us?", "They won't do anything! There are too many of us!", and, to the NYPD, who ordered large numbers of them to stop harassing me in New York City, "You can't arrest ALL of us! There are too MANY of us!". Whites and others joining them are criminals by so doing. Let these Puerto Ricans, and those helping them, explain their crimes to this country, and to the entire world! They think that they're invincible because of their large numbers! The felons are outnumbered 500 to 1 by 5 billion users on the internet! The criminals are here in this one geographical area!
