DELUSIONAL SYSTEMS: Sick psychology, wrong ideas!*
                                                                                                                                        FELONS WANTING TO VICTIMIZE ME, convinced themselves that they knew me, and that it would work, and they convinced others deliberately. They are total strangers. All of their ideas they decided upon among themselves.** They spread their persecution to people with hidden racial hatred, and criminal ways of doing things. These criminals bear allegiance to themselves and their own race, as is evidenced by their atrocious disregard for law, and their total disrespect for people's rights. They have said, "Our strength is that WE DON'T CARE!"​. They demand consideration, and then commit crimes as if they have a right to do so. These felons have victimized me constantly, in all sorts of ways, for more than 42 years, and what I'm saying is a conclusion drawn from that experience. They don't want people knowing. They have said, "It HAS to work! It ALWAYS does!". They learn the methods used from each other. They are raised that way. There have been other victims. I had a white friend, and talked with him on the street. A Puerto Rican said, "Now there are two of them!". They provoked him into hurting someone. He almost went to prison for it. They provoked me into assaults, and attempted to press charges. The police involved knew that I had been provoked for that purpose. A New York City radio station, 1010WINS, reported that a retired white NYPD police officer was harassed, until he slapped one of the felons on a train. They pressed charges. The former cop had obtained a law degree. He represented himself in court, and was acquitted. The felons have said, "We only get along with certain ones!" (whites who lack conscience). Those are the ones who don't care, and help them to commit their crimes!                                                                                                                                                                                                                          These aren't mistaken ideas on my part. A situation which isn't real, couldn't produce significant numbers of witnesses, and overwhelming evidence! There will be lies about what I have to say. The public must decide for themselves, hopefully basing their beliefs on criteria which are reliable.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              I put all of this before the American people: you are the country, and your representatives, and others, are answerable to you. This is the greatest nation in History. It has given me everything which I value. Fighting for the fulfillment of its principles is an honor and a privilege. God Bless America!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 *mistaken ideas are maintained not only by ordinary individuals, but also by physicians. I have been misdiagnosed many times. A case of gallstones was diagnosed as hepatitis, due to the yellowing of my eyes resulting from bile. I was hospitalized and isolated during the infectious phase of hepatitis. A year later, a different doctor took x-rays showing gallstones. The bile was backing up into my system from the gallbladder. Operating upon my gallbladder, he removed the stones. He also removed my swollen appendix. I had appendicitis. The operation left a scar on my abdomen. Prostatitis, which rendered me impotent, went untreated for years after a doctor had misdiagnosed the impotence as psychological. A different physician later diagnosed the problem correctly, and cured the prostate infection using sulphur drugs.                                                                                                                                                                               As for my mental history, doctors impaired my mind with medications which they insisted I needed. My education at Rutgers-Newark was hindered by the medications, which later paralyzed me. See "SEVERE DAMAGE", under "about". I was removed from the medications years later, without any evidence of subsequent dysfunctional behavior. The present publication of this website during the past twelve-and-a-half years indicates no sign of illness. The felons victimizing me claim to be "leaving (their) bodies" to do so. The criminals frequently state, "We'll find a WEAKNESS!", "You're  not a SCHIZOPHRENIC!", and, "We're not going to turn you into an INVOLUTIONAL PSYCHOTIC!". The felons' persistent efforts to render me mentally ill, and their many failed attempts to illegally commit me since 1984 (see "SEVERE DAMAGE", under "about"), are a matter of record! And they cannot explain the evidence, including two police reports, scars on my body resulting from deliberately inflicted injuries, bills to Medicaid for treatment of severe injuries, hospital records, doctors' examinations, and laboratory and other diagnostic tests, showing the physical damage which the criminals have repeatedly threatened to cause! They have stated, "You had a PERFECT body! We RUINED it!", and, "We turned you into an OLD MAN!". And old men die! The felons have consistently subjected me to trauma and stress. Stress is often called,"The Silent Killer"! The felons are well-aware of my medical problems, and are attempting to use them to cause disability and death! Among my medical conditions about which the criminals have learned are abnormally thin blood vessels in my head, a small stroke in the memory center of my brain, an irregular heartbeat, COPD, and high blood pressure. They inflicted head trauma, punched me in my head twice, in two separate incidents, and hit me in my head with a Snapple bottle! The criminals have stated, "We're not going to cause a heart attack or a stroke!", and, "You don't know Puerto Ricans! You're as good as DEAD!". These are not empty threats on their part!                                                                                                                                               Evidence exists which proves the felons' many other crimes as well, including gay sexual molestation and grand larceny. The criminals have occupied this area, and they cooperate together to commit crimes while avoiding punishment. They have victimized myself and others for more than 42 years to my knowledge, concealing it all from visitors to New York City, who hand them large amounts of money! They repeatedly attacked my white friend Peter, a former professional fighter who had sustained brain damage during his career, and put him in the hospital several times. They finally hurt him so badly, that Christ Hospital billed him for $230,000.00 worth of treatment. His death occurred nearly 59 years ago! The criminals are attempting to deal with me as I was when 19 years old! The felons assume that no change in my mental status has occurred since then. Such an assumption is commonly made regarding a diagnosis of schizophrenia! There are too MANY of us!"                                                                                                                                                                                                   -a statement made to the NYPD by large numbers of felons ordered to stop harassing me in New York City.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 In 1970, a psychiatrist, Dr. Noel C. Galen, M.D. committed me to the psychiatric ward at Bergen Pines County Hospital in Bergen County, NJ, after repeatedly making the statements, "I have a commitment!", and, "Maybe some day you'll understand!" whenever I asked him why he insisted upon seeing me! I was released a short time later!                                                                                                                                               Dr. Galen had claimed in his office, that because of my intelligence and education, I could one day win election to The United States Senate! A man who had been legally insane when he killed his own brother, could serve as a U.S. Senator? Dr. Galen had examined me, and served as an expert witness at the court hearing which found me innocent!                                                                                                                                       Dr. Noel Galen had told the court regarding my intellect and academic achievements, "He is completely unaware of his own superiority!".                                                                                                                                   During a telephone conversation with another doctor in his office, Galen said, "I have a patient who's a really "sweet" guy, and he thinks he's Jesus! He's going to get well!". Galen had learned about my sexual doubts, and that I had wanted to be a priest!                                                                                                                                                                       Doctor Galen's secretary, a female nicknamed "Bambi", had maintained regarding Galen, "His patients call him 'Doctor God'!", and, "His patients become very ill, and then they recover!".                                                                                                                                                                           At Englewood Hospital, Galen demanded my signature on a "voluntary" admission form, throwing the form and a pen at me, and shouting, "Sign it!". He also said, "We don't believe in VIOLENCE here, Ken!", and,"Sign it, or you'll go out of here in a STRAIGHT JACKET!". Doctor Noel Galen was finally showing his malicious intent towards me! After several hours, during which time I repeatedly refused to submit to his illegal demand, he called police! They transported me to Bergen Pines County Hospital, in a "temporary commitment", after Galen injected me with medication, and signed papers!                                                                                                                                                                                             My mother later told me that Doctor Galen had called her and claimed that he had to commit me because "he was violent!". When she asked, "Did he hit anyone?", Galen replied, "No!". She asked, "Did he break anything?", and he once again replied, "No!". She then asked, "If he didn't hit anyone or break anything, how could he have been violent?". Galen then lied and said, "Your son is very sick, Mrs. Ruegg, but we're going to get him well!". Noel C. Galen had deliberately attempted for several years to engineer a permanent commitment!                                                                                                                                                       The FBI has investigated me thoroughly! All of these felons are crazy and have other plans for me! Being denied legal recourse, I have published this website. Despite constant criminal activity victimizing myself and others for nearly 42 years, and certain crimes perpetrated before that time, no action has been taken at all by those obliged by their oaths of office to do so, to punish the felons responsible!                                                                                                                                                                                           Note North District police entering my apartment with a "voluntary" admission form and shackles, and attempting to order me to sign the form! This entire geographical area is dominated by members of a "criminal" culture, which explains almost everything described on this website! Note six failed commitment attempts perpetrated by the felons since 1984!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           At Bob's Tavern, a bar one block away from my mother's home at 64 Irving Street, the owner refused to serve me beer. I called the police to determine if his actions were legal. Both the owner and a bartender falsely accused me to police of "threatening bodily injury". I was surrounded by gay patrons, and alone without witnesses!                                                                                                                                                 The police charged me, and a judge and psychiatrist committed me for observation. The charges were dropped, and I was released a short time later. I hadn't threatened anyone, or done anything illegal!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             Christel Wahl, when Manager at Muhlenberg Gardens, filed false claims with HUD in three "letters of pending eviction", alleging that I was harassing her staff! The letters were never acted upon in court! They were intended to force me to leave! Christel Wahl told me in her office, "The Board of Directors wants you out!".                                                                                                                                                                             A similar claim was later made by clients, and the Manager and staff of The Joseph T. Connor's Senior Center. Most of those using that center are Puerto Ricans, and other criminals from Muhlenberg Gardens, who kept stating, "We want OUR Senior Center!". The Puerto Rican Manager blatantly and falsely accused me, in front of two North District cops, of "threatening" the other clients. I left that center. There had been no threats! The Manager was attempting to engineer false arrest!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Note efforts by the staff and patients in the emergency room at The Jersey City Medical Center, to provoke me into violence, so that I could be charged and committed! There was no commitment. The police called to the scene knew that I had been severely provoked!                                                                                                                                                   Also note the illegal commitment in 1984 engineered by staff on 5 East at Christ Hospital, and a psychiatrist, Dr. Leo De La Cruz, M.D. They obtained a court order behind my back, by lying to a judge! I was released in less than a month from the Acute Psychiatric Unit at Meadowview Psychiatric Hospital, in Secaucus, NJ. I was severely physically disabled for the next 17 years! Christ Hospital denies any knowledge of what actually transpired, despite court and medical records, and records of diagnostic tests done the following year, verifying the damage which they did!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Various commitment attempts, and efforts to obtain my signature on "voluntary" admission papers to two different psychiatric wards since 1984, are a matter of record. Despite the above instances of false accusations and maneuvers by criminals, I have never been put on trial for a crime! These are efforts by felons to successfully deny me due process in a court of law! The above crimes, and many others, were perpetrated by criminals living in this geographical area! The failure of many of their illegal commitment attempts, and the very brief duration of a few illegal commitments which succeeded, indicate what has been happening! I see all of these efforts to murder, commit, imprison, or evict me as being a product of "criminal" minds!
