                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        HANDCUFFED BEHIND MY BACK, AND A DIFFERENT ATTEMPT ABORTED:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       One of the incidents involved my being ordered outside my apartment by 4 cops and 2 EMTs, handcuffed behind my back in the hall, and a discussion by a cop and an ambulance driver in the ambulance about transporting me to The Jersey City Medical Center. I told them that I had a doctor at Christ Hospital, which they already knew, and I persuaded them to take me there. I convinced the cop to remove the handcuffs in the ambulance.             Christ Hospital is also located in Jersey City, and is much closer to my home than the Medical Center. The Medical Center is staffed almost completely by Puerto Ricans. I returned home a few hours later, and a cop in front of the North District Police Precinct on Central Avenue, saw me passing by in a cab, and his face fell in disappointment.                                                                 Another incident involved 4 cops and 2 psychiatric workers from the Medical Center, who showed up at my apartment several months after an assault incident at the Medical Center's emergency room. I told them that I had scars on my body from attempts upon my life, and that money was involved. The male psych worker went out into the hall with 3 of the cops, and said, "If he has scars, I'm not transporting him!". All of them left without me. These incidents are verifiable using records and bills to Medicaid. See "GOON SQUAD", under "contact", for my being illegally transported shackled and naked by cops.                                                  On July 7, 2017, two Puerto Rican Jersey City cops advised Puerto Rican residents in the Muhlenberg Gardens lobby, that they would not be arrested for victimizing me with serious crimes.                                                    Staff and residents in the lobby at Muhlenberg Gardens, and staff at The Joseph T. Connors Senior Center, questioned Jersey City police, as to what type of crime I could be provoked into committing, which would guarantee my being sentenced to prison.          Note statements made to police in New York City, NY, and Jersey City, NJ, "Why can't you ARREST him?".                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                On January 16, 2020, male Puerto Rican Jersey City police at Rumba's Cafe on Central Avenue, Jersey City, harassed me continuously, seeking a response for which I could be taken into custody. On January 18, 2020, at Angel Azul Bakery & Cafeteria on Central Avenue, a female Puerto Rican Jersey City cop harassed me for the same purpose. I am alone, surrounded by the criminals, without witnesses or evidence. The police involved would lie to a judge about not having caused whatever they were trying to provoke. This criminal method of false accusation was used at The Joseph T. Connors Senior Center, where the Puerto Rican manager conferred in her office with a Jersey City cop, as to what type of crime I would have to be provoked into committing, to be arrested and imprisoned. When the manager, staff, and mostly Puerto Rican clients could not provoke an incident, they all lied and said that I had threatened them. The manager had two Puerto Rican North District cops with her when she brazenly confronted me with lies, and ordered me to leave the center. Once again, the criminals are using their large numbers, job positions, and the law itself to commit and justify serious crimes!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Local police are advising other criminals that my statements on this website are "hearsay", and therefore not admissible as evidence in a court of law!           Statements made by myself as a victim of serious crimes, statements made by witnesses, police reports from two police departments, documents, medical records for treatment of injuries, scars and other physical evidence, all qualify as legal proof of this enormous criminal enterprise.         The felons are all convincing each other of an absence of consequences for their behavior. Apparently they are accustomed to committing crimes and getting away with them! This entire situation is pervasively criminal: for serious crimes to have been committed for more than 42 years at various locations, by enormous numbers of felons cooperating together to do so, and for all of that criminal activity to be allowed to go unpunished, and to be deliberately concealed by those same felons from people everywhere else, many of whom visit this region to either spend or invest large sums of money, indicates that the population of this area is a criminal culture, hiding their crimes and enriching themselves at the expense of others!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            North District police, almost all Puerto Ricans, have avoided writing police reports for four felonies: assault with a deadly weapon, assault with a chemical stream, assault with a Snapple bottle, and grand larceny! They claim that they do not know where Muhlenberg Gardens is located: they were always visiting Kenneth Wessler's office! Those cops are helping Puerto Rican felons to avoid arrests and prosecutions, by making certain that there is no evidence for their crimes! Residents in apartments near my own at Muhlenberg Gardens, are suggesting that I call the FBI about grand larceny* as being one of the motives for their crimes! The felons wish to listen in on a cell phone conversation with the FBI, so as to collect more information helping them to plan and commit more crimes, while avoiding arrests and prosecutions! They are seeking to determine what the FBI knows, and to learn how that agency is likely to proceed! This entire situation is a deliberate conspiracy! The criminals have been getting away with their crimes for more than 42 years!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             *the felons robbed and ransacked my apartment, stealing items worth several thousands of dollars, and shared them with each other! I have informed the FBI on March 29, 2023, about grand larceny being one of the motives for the felons' many crimes! I notified the FBI that Kenneth Wessler, then Manager of Muhlenberg Gardens, had orchestrated the incident of grand larceny on the part of workmen and residents, while employed by the new owners, in early March, 2021, forcibly ruining my apartment in another attempt to force me to leave! The new Board of Directors are legally responsible for Wessler's behavior! Residents are presently attempting to force me out of my apartment, as of April, 2023, by making the premises unliveable due to distraction from constant harassment! Previous interventions by EMTs and police against myself, are now noticeably absent! The residents are being left to conspire in attempts to "bring me down" by themselves! I previously filed federal complaints with 3 U.S. Attorneys. See the section "U.S. ATTORNEYS", under "home". The U.S. Department of Justice is aware of this site!                                                                                                                                   Abuse and distraction from harassment by residents in neighboring apartments is severe! I am losing sleep, have been having nightmares, and was almost killed again a few nights ago from a fall caused by the felons' behavior! I had difficulty getting to my feet! The entire takeover is illegal and insidious! Note U.S. Government involvement!
