On the day after one of many failed attempts by residents and staff to have me committed, Mrs. Wahl came to my apartment with a maintenance man named "Rocky" as a witness, and attempted to provoke me into a response which would violate HUD rules for tenancy in the building. She threatened me with eviction. Mrs. Wahl wanted to evict me, and was ordered to attempt to do so by Frank Halpin, Chairman of The Board of Directors. Halpin and that Board were Lutherans. Calling my decency "self-justification" was an expression of Christel Wahl's jealousy over my innocence, and her contempt for it! As a Lutheran, she believed in the inherently corrupt nature of mankind, and in "justification by faith" as a means of Salvation. Christ repeatedly advocated being righteous, and He believed that being so is possible.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             "You can't change people!"                                                                                                                                                                              -another statement by Christel Wahl indicating her belief that human nature is corrupt, and cannot be changed. Note the observation made elsewhere on this website, that fully-developed "criminal", and "non-criminal" mind are two distinct, fixed species of mind which are in opposition to each other. My own experience for more than 42 years with the sick, depraved nature of the criminal culture progressively occupying the New York Metropolitan Area confirms this. The felons' own actions and statements, including, "We're not going to stop!", indicate that they cannot change their "criminal" minds into "non-criminal" minds. Their crimes are a product of what they are mentally, and the criminals must remain so! My advice to decent people is to avoid this geographical area, so as not to fund a dangerous criminal takeover. (a statement made to me about sex by one of two Puerto Rican females walking past me on the street, in Brooklyn, NYC), "Now go back to the 'old ladies'!" (a remark shouted by a Puerto Rican male at The Forum Fitness Club, a gym in Bayonne, NJ), ​"We don't want him trained at OUR gym!" (a statement made to a trainer by a Puerto Rican wrestler, at Gleason's Boxing Gym, Brooklyn, NYC), "Don't go to Gold's Gym!" (a remark passed by a Puerto Rican at Gleason's Boxing Gym: they ruined every gym I joined, and intended to ruin more of them: "We RUINED your gym for you! Join another one! We'll RUIN that one, too!"), "We're all in here! If you don't like it, LEAVE!" (as stated by a Puerto Rican female to two white members who defended me, at Crunch gym, Lafayette Street, Manhattan, NYC), "They threw everything at him but the KITCHEN SINK!" - "They're PUERTO RICANS! They know how to get what they want!", "The whites get all the GOOD jobs!", "New York isn't a WHITE city anymore!", "Now you know what WE'RE all COMPETING for! That's why YOU'RE not getting a JOB!", "You weren't hurt!" (a blatant lie! They inflicted severe damage upon me in pursuit of criminal goals!), "This time, we went too far!", "Now there's a PROBLEM!" (which publicly exposes their "non-judgemental", i.e. CRIMINAL society!), "We'd do it to ALL of them (whites and others having conscience), if we could get our hands on them!", "We're all Puerto Ricans! What can they do to us?", "They won't do anything! There are too many of us!", "You can't arrest ALL of us! There are too MANY of us!" (as stated by a Puerto Rican to white police in New York City), "WE'LL GET THAT WEBSITE!", and, "You hurt our 'Fearless Leader', and we're going to get even!".*** On April 26, 2014: "We should have killed him when we had the chance!", and more recently, "Wait until you're old, and in a nursing home! Why don't you LEAVE?", "We want him out!", "We turned you into an OLD MAN!" (and old men die: they have deliberately attempted to shorten my lifespan, using stress and physical trauma), "You had a PERFECT BODY! We RUINED it!", "We'll put you in a hospital!", "We're 'Muhlenberg Gardens'!", "Wait until we get you upstairs, in that apartment!", "He'll be brought down and hurt, and no one else will, and that's all that will happen!", "He has to be ARRESTED in his apartment!", "What can he do about it?", "What are they going to do to old ladies?", "We RUINED your gym for you! Join another one! We'll RUIN that one, too!", "You stirred up a hornets' nest!" (an effort on their part to justify their crimes by claiming provocation****), "They're MEN! Look at their BODIES!" (part of their extensive, continuous, long-term technique of brainwashing me into becoming gay, so that they could victimize me sexually: see "FORCE and FINESSE", under "about", and other relevant sections), "We'll have you SPREADEAGLED!", "You won't get sex!" (a statement made at a later time, when the homosexual molestation had become public knowledge), "Your mother left her money to you! You didn't earn it! Give the money to us!" (a remark in reference to a trust established by my late mother's will, naming me as beneficiary), "That money belongs to us! We worked hard for it!" (trying to steal it all, using criminal methods to do so!), "We want that apartment!", "Someone else could use that apartment!" (a Puerto Rican, no doubt, or one of the other criminals helping them), "You have some beautiful things in that apartment!" (a statement made by Christel Wahl, Manager at Muhlenberg Gardens prior to Kenneth Wessler), "We'll get that apartment, and everything in it!", "They have their hearts set on what's in that apartment!", "If he moves out, we won't get anything!" (the felons have ransacked my apartment, robbing it many times of valuable items), "We want that apartment, and you're going to move out!" (harassment and other crimes are presently aimed at making my apartment unliveable, thus forcing me to leave), "We ransacked his body (???), just as we ransacked his apartment!" (see "about"; and "BIZARRE CRIMINAL THOUGHT", and "DARK MATTER AND LEAVING YOUR BODY", under "about"), "You hurt us! Now live like an animal!" (a remark passed by one of the Puerto Rican workmen who robbed and ransacked my apartment), "We made a miscalculation!", "When WE control the building, we'll just TAKE what we want!", "They'll get Wessler (Kenneth Wessler, the present manager), but they won't get us!", "We thought that we could take over the building, and that Wessler would run it for us!" (Kenneth Wessler is one of the whites with whom Puerto Ricans can get along, and use: note the reference to taking over Muhlenberg Gardens made by Puerto Ricans, who have been steadily increasing their numbers in the building), "We're PUERTO RICANS!", "We'll get rid of Wessler, and get a PUERTO RICAN manager, and we'll take everything in your apartment!", "We'll find a WEAKNESS!", frequent statements of intent to victimize: "...that big WHITE man!", "We want to kill a WHITE man before we die!", "You aren't getting adequate medical care!", "If they give him medication, we can KILL him! We'll get that website!", "We have to enjoy our 'sinful pleasures'!" (they obtain what they themselves call their "satisfaction" by victimizing others with serious crimes, and the behavior is deliberate; they know right from wrong, and do not care; they are legally at fault for their offenses), "We have a right to protect our society!" (by committing murders and other crimes?), "You don't know the SPANISH! We can be TERRIBLE!" (a reference to the criminals' "methods of operation": see "ON THE SAME CRIMINAL METHODS BEING USED BY PUERTO RICANS AND THOSE HELPING THEM AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS", under "home"), "We'll RUIN everything we find out about!" (they cooperate together to do so: see "ANONYMITY IN NUMBERS - THE PROBLEM WITH MAKING ARRESTS", under "home"),"It HAS to work! It ALWAYS does!" (on how many victims?), "You're our BLOODSPORT!", "We ALWAYS get what we want!", "No one EVER punishes us!", "We ALWAYS get away with it!", "He knows we're taking over!", "WE'LL GET THAT WEBSITE!", "We'll be in 'THE ANNALS OF PUERTO RICO'!" (an imaginary book listing famous Puerto Rican criminals: this remark, made by a schizophrenic Puerto Rican named "Sally", is an expression of pride in successful criminal activity), and (last, but not least!): "You don't know PUERTO RICANS! You're as good as DEAD!".                                                                                                                                                                                                     Several times, statements of "Agreed? Agreed!", being made in nearby apartments, indicated agreement among conspirators, as to how best to victimize me with felonies. They not only cooperate to do so, they take a VOTE on it!                                                                                                                                                                                                                               On Sept. 23, 2017: "We'll stop at NOTHING to get what we want!" (see other sections describing the determination of these criminals, and the fact that all attempts to reason with them fail. "Criminal" mind is a distinct mental species, and as such, cannot change. They have also responded to threats of prosecution by stating, "There'll be PUERTO RICANS on the jury!".                                                                                                                                   These people have no use for conscience, or rules, and they mistakenly believe themselves to be above the law. Note the evidence in other sections of this website, proving what these criminals do when they have occupied most of the job positions on a police force.*****                                                                                                                                       A comedy routine by Puerto Rican comedians, advertised here in "The Jersey City Reporter", was titled, "The Only White Guy!"
