They have subjected me to excessive injury and stress, which has effectively resulted in progressive retinal deterioration, to blindness. They have spoken in the lobby here, of how proud they are of having blinded me. They are vile shit without humanity or conscience, too stupid to feel remorse. Housman.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              *as of July, 2017, I have blindness in the center of vision of my left eye. I can neither see print, nor anything directly ahead of my center of vision, with the damaged eye.          Today, July 24, 2017, following a laser scan, Dr. Vallar, a retina specialist, confirmed the condition as resulting from leakage of fluid due to increased pressure in the eye.                The doctor injected the damaged eye with medication. I have another appointment with him in a month's time.                                              On August 28, 2017, Dr. Villar injected my left eye with medication, and scheduled an appointment on September 1, 2017, to inject the right eye. Both eyes now have the same medical condition.                                                                                                                                                                As of December, 2018, both eyes continue to require injections of medication.                                                                                                                                                                                                                           As of December, 2024, I have been waiting for two months to receive a motorized wheelchair, without which I cannot manage to go to distant doctors' offices for treatment. I now lack testosterone gel used to treat hypogonadism, medications used to enable waste removal, and cannot have my eyes injected with medicine necessary to treat wet-AMD. The vision in my right eye has darkened, and there are blind spots. Without treatment, the eye will go completely blind. Puerto Rican felons and other criminals are causing these delays and criminal negligence.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   "We'll RUIN everything we find out about!"                                                                                                                                                                                                                      -the felons to myself.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Constant harassment by the criminals is raising my blood pressure, and is deliberately intended to cause medical damage. They have spoken in the past of causing a stroke, a heart attack, or respiratory failure. I have serious health problems.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   The criminals are seeking a way in which to harm me, for which they will either not be blamed, or not be punished.
