KEN RUEGG
VICTIMIZED BY MILLIONS
PRIOR EXISTING CONDITIONS
PRIOR EXISTING CONDITIONS are NECESSARY for the triggering of an economic collapse. Billionaire railroad tycoon Jay Gould's attempt to buy most of the gold traded on the stock exchange, would not have caused the collapse of the market, and the Great Depression, without the widespread practice known as "buying on margin". Stocks were bought for 10% of their value, the remainder to be paid by the purchasers from future increases in the value of the stocks. This had been going on for years. The entire market was inflated on paper to a value of ten times what was actually there. Without that situation, Gould's attempt on gold would have done nothing but make him enormously more wealthy. Companies were getting 10% of the investment capital necessary to raise the value of their stock sufficiently, so that shareholders could pay the debt incurred from their purchases on margin, out of gains in stock values. The practice of buying on margin guaranteed the failure of the market. It would have occurred anyway, without Gould's attempt on gold. You cannot run successful companies with 10% of the necessary investment capital, irregardless of stock values on paper. THE SYSTEM HAD TO FAIL! IT HAD FAILURE, AT SOME POINT, BUILT INTO IT! PUERTO RICANS have a certain psychology, and were pursuing wealth together using criminal methods long before they colonized the Jersey City Heights in the early 1980's. They saw me as being yet another victim to either be driven out, or "brought down" successfully, and without their constant attacks in front of tourists, and other visitors to Manhattan, my walks there, as I explored the island, would have been uneventful. What became known to millions of visitors, and may result in severe economic damage to the City of New York, which depends upon tourism and outside investment, is the result of my being victimized there publicly, by the Puerto Rican population. THAT SAME POPULATION has victimized people on an enormous scale for a long time. Something has to happen because of those crimes. WHAT IS GOING ON HAS FAILURE, AT SOME POINT, WRITTEN ALL OVER IT! IT IS EXTENSIVE, SERIOUSLY CRIMINAL, AND VIOLATES PRINCIPLES OF DEMOCRACY! I WENT TO A LOCATION in New York City today having a variety of different races. Previously I had encountered people in a small park in Greenwich Village, who were mostly whites and blacks. I witnessed Puerto Ricans convincing those at both locations that I was responsible for the damage. The people they won over behaved badly towards me. An even more extensive persecution, by most of the population of the City of New York, with more visitors witnessing it, or learning about it, can damage the local economy here substantially. Puerto Ricans here and in Puerto Rico depend upon that economy. To whatever extent New York City goes down, they are going with it! Their psychology is fixed, and unchangeable, and they are doing further damage. You do not extinguish a forest fire using thousands of gallons of gasoline. Especially if you live in the forest. Unless you're a Puerto Rican, and think that Ken Ruegg will be the only one hurt by the arson!
