Day In Court: Landlord/Tenant Trial - Superior Court, 4-4-12
                                                                                                                                     AN EVICTION ACTION for non-payment of rent was finally filed by the manager of Muhlenberg Gardens. Proceedings begin at 8:30 am on April 4, 2012, in Superior Court, Special Civil Section, room 104, 595 Newark Avenue, Jersey City, NJ. I have the option to pay the full amount after the trial by 4:30 pm if the court finds for the plaintiff. I notified Kenneth Wessler that victimizing me with these crimes, even by allowing them to happen, violated my lease and criminal statutes. I was carried out twice from my apartment on a stretcher, almost dead. I will present evidence. These people are calling killing me their "bloodsport", and doing all of this damage their "sinful pleasures". Their behavior is obviously deliberate, and continuous, and they will not stop voluntarily. I have the letter from the FBI, and I still have the option of going to the U.S. Attorney in Newark. Whatever I hear from the people doing this I ignore, because it is designed to affect me. Really serious hatred and criminal intent are being hidden by laughter and nonsense. They told everyone else in New York City that they were "having fun" with me, and people found out I was being murdered. They also told people I had "caused all of this trouble". I in fact reported their felonies to the authorities, and fought back when victimized, including whenever physically attacked. I'll put the results of the trial here when it is completed.                              THE TRIAL took place this morning: I introduced evidence for the victimization, including the photo of the window damaged by gunshots, but the judge ruled the evidence insufficient to prove guilt specifically on the part of the landlord in a landlord/tenant court. He told me my case belonged in criminal court, and had the clerk hand me information on free legal representation. I paid the back rent in cash, and the case was settled. I had intended to pay the rent after the judge saw evidence for the crimes anyway.                                         OVER THE PAST two weeks there has been constant distraction and talk by these people of inserting objects into my rectum to do medical damage, including harming my reproductive system, and of leaving their bodies to do so. A Puerto Rican on the subway in New York City harassed me by saying, "We're not going to give you colorectal cancer!". I put that in a dated letter. They have spoken of removing body tissue from my rectum to do this. Invisibly. Their minds are focused on killing me. These are statements about murder, no matter how bizarre the details. They are also assaults upon my mind. I'm forced to hear them. One low-life deliberately talked about my rectum for 16 hours from a neighboring apartment when I had to stay at home during a blizzard, and then told me that he had stolen my soul, and that I would have to go to Hell!                                 These criminals want me involved in their persecution. And I have been put through 6 failed commitment attempts, and in the last attempt the cops demanded my signature on a voluntary admission form to a psychiatric ward, which they didn't get, so they shackled me naked and transported me to The Jersey City Medical Center. I was released by a psychiatrist the following morning. All of this is time consuming and annoying and ridiculous anyway, because this is one three room apartment out of 152 identical apartments in this building, and its contents aren't really worth that much. If things such as this hadn't been going on for years, I could have had a different life. My "importance" to millions of felons wanting to "bring me down" indicates something in their thinking which is clearly obsessive and unrealistic, and they also feared what I could reveal about how they "bring down" innocent victims to decent people everywhere else, upon whom these criminals depend for money. They shouldn't be victimizing anyone, but they can't see that: they insist that their behavior is normal for those of their culture. Theirs is a criminal culture, and they think and behave like apes, because that's what they are mentally. If the ones in this building go far enough, they'll put them in cages called "cells".
