AT MY LATE MOTHER'S HOME, 64 Irving Street, Jersey City, NJ: harassment, property damage (17 windows were broken, and a gate leading to the backyard was pushed in by someone attempting to gain entry to the house through a rear storm door, which they tried to pry open with a screwdriver), robbery of $3,000.00 cash (my mother told my cousin), attempted murder with a lethal weapon (a photograph of patches over gunshot holes in a ground floor window exists).                                                                                                                                         AT MY APARTMENT at Muhlenberg Gardens, 1065 Summit Avenue, #6B, Jersey City, NJ: harassment (a blood vessel ruptured in my left eye, due to increased blood pressure from the harassment; months later, cells ruptured beneath the retina of my right eye, releasing fluid. The problem was diagnosed as wet-AMD, and is still being treated: both eyes require injections as of Dec. 2018; there are test results, and other records; the criminals were warned by a visiting nurse not to harass me because I have serious medical conditions), property damage, robbery, murder attempts, including the infliction of nearly fatal injuries (scars, and medical records for two hospitalizations at Christ Hospital, Jersey City, NJ, and a two-week stay at Hudson View Care and Rehab Center, North Bergen, NJ, following one of those hospitalizations exist), commitment attempts (medical records were filed).                                                                                                                                                                               See "home" and "about" for information on my apartment being robbed and ransacked in early March, 2021.                                                                                                                                                                                 See "MURDER DESIGNED TO LOOK LIKE AN ACCIDENTAL OR DELIBERATE OVERDOSE ON MY PART", under "home", for details of an attempt upon my life in my apartment by a Puerto Rican homemaker.                                                                                                                             See "ANOTHER ATTEMPT TO CAUSE MY DEATH 2-8-2014", under "home", for details of my nearly being killed from suggestions by a neighbor named Robbins to delay necessary medical treatment (medical records exist for my being operated upon, and hospitalized for two weeks for treatment of a severely virulent infection).                                                                                                                                                                     Puerto Rican residents in neighboring apartments attempted to ruin my workouts at home on my Bowflex machine, using constant distraction from harassment to do so. A former homemaker told me that Puerto Rican staff and residents were expecting me to give them my Bowflex. The machine is worth several thousands of dollars! I purchased it after Puerto Rican staff and members ruined my workouts at 5 different gyms in Bayonne, NJ, Manhattan, NYC, and Brooklyn, NYC, using distraction from harassment. This is one of their criminal methods. They disrupted my enjoyment in playing an electronic keyboard in my apartment, using constant distraction. They distract me whenever I watch television! Note their statements, "We RUINED your gym for you! Join another one! We'll RUIN that one, too!", and, "We'll RUIN everything we find out about!".                                                                                                                             I have noted elsewhere, that Puerto Ricans enlist the aid of others not of their own race to help them to commit successful crimes.​ At 64 Irving Street, it was an Italian-American working at Werner Bros. plumbing across the street, who fired shots at my head through a ground floor window in my mother's home, while the entire neighborhood hid, so that there would be no witnesses. Several weeks later that assailant and the other plumbers were firing their pellet gun at a paper target fastened to a telephone pole in front of their office. Those felons had harassed me severely. I had called the police to scare Puerto Rican kids who were throwing objects at adults passing by on the street. Three Puerto Rican teenage boys learned of that situation, and maliciously circulated a rumor that I was gay. Puerto Ricans and other criminals like them persecute anyone who objects to violations of law and decency (i.e. anyone raised with a conscience!). Several North District police, whom I had informed about what was happening in that neighborhood, evaded filing a police report when shown holes in the ground floor bathroom window, from gunshots fired at my head at close range with a lethal weapon! Several weeks later, after patching the holes with duct tape so as to keep out rainwater, I photographed the window. An attorney and a judge have examined the photograph. My neighbors, comprised mostly of Puerto Ricans and other criminals helping them, were attempting to either force me to leave, or to kill me! This has been a consistent pattern of behavior on the part of Puerto Rican felons and those helping them, at various locations in cities and towns in New Jersey, and in The City of New York!                                                                                                                                                                                                                             The Torre brothers, Victor, Carmine, and Joey, from a family of poor Italian-Americans living across the street from my mother's home, deliberately broke 17 windows playing ball. They constantly shouted anti-gay abuse. Carmine Torre, one of the brothers playing stickball and breaking windows, had been involved with a girl whose mother objected to their relationship. While the mother slept, the daughter sprayed her bedroom floor with lighter fluid, and lit it. The mother died in the fire. Both the girl and Carmine Torre were detained for questioning by the police. Carmine was released. His girlfriend went to prison for murder. These are not decent people. Bruno, a married gay Italian-American neighbor with a grown son, molested me in my home. All of these criminals cooperated with Puerto Ricans in that neighborhood.                                                                                                                                       At Muhlenberg Gardens, Frank Halpin, the Board of Directors, Christel Wahl, other white personnel, and white and Puerto Rican residents were responsible. The plumbers from Werner Bros. were doing work in the building, and had brought the persecution with them to residents and employees of Muhlenberg Gardens. Helen Siegert, one of the residents in Wittenberg Manor, a neighboring building, had known me as a child, and told residents and staff at Muhlenberg Gardens that I was schizophrenic, and had killed my brother (See "ABOUT ME", under "home"). She had obtained that information from a newspaper article published in The Jersey Journal in 1965. I was sexually molested and robbed by John, a schizophrenic and former prison inmate helping the Puerto Ricans. His uncle lived in the building. His aunt asked him to delete this website from the internet, by using one of my computers to do so! He stole my Kindle Fire, a book reading device connected to the internet. Access to my website editor was not on the Kindle. John persistently approached me following the robbery. I rejected his advances. White delivery boys and the manager of a supermarket on Central Avenue propositioned me when delivering groceries. Staff and residents at Muhlenberg Gardens were deliberately spreading their persecution to others everywhere they went. I witnessed a female Puerto Rican resident doing so in a store on Central Avenue.                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Puerto Rican residents at Muhlenberg Gardens obtained the help of cleaning women, home health aides, homemakers, and repairmen, who stole many expensive items from my apartment to give to those Puerto Rican felons. See "about"; and the * footnote to "more info on cops", under "about", for details.                                                                                                                                                                                                   At the Crunch gym on Lafayette Street, Manhattan, NYC, Puerto Rican staff attempted to convince a black female employee to help them to murder me, so as to aid Puerto Rican residents of Muhlenberg Gardens. She repeatedly told them, "That's not a reason to KILL him!". The Puerto Rican employees and gym members harassed me continuously in front of white gym members, whom they told, "We're all in here! If you don't like it, LEAVE!". Puerto Rican staff and members inflicted serious injuries and robbed me. An injury inflicted by Puerto Rican trainers and members at Gleason's Boxing Gym in Brooklyn, NYC, required 2 months of medical treatment. One of two NYPD police officers called to the scene at Crunch gym at Lafayette Street, filed a police report detailing the robbery of items worth more than $1,000.00 from my locker.                                                                                                                                                               At the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health, Christ Hospital, Jersey City, NJ, Puerto Rican staff and patients attempted to enlist the aid of Dr. D'Amato, an Italian-American, and Kendall Johnson, a white licensed social worker, to commit me! See this and other sections for more information on all of these felons cooperating together to commit serious crimes, while they avoid being prosecuted!                                                                                                                                                           Christel Wahl, the manager at MUHLENBERG GARDENS prior to Kenneth Wessler, served me with three "letters of pending eviction". These legal documents, copies of which she filed with HUD, contain false accusations against myself, and were not acted upon in court: they were efforts to intimidate me into leaving! Christel Wahl told me in her office, "The Board of Directors wants you out!". She further stated, "I work for the Board of Directors, and I have to obey orders! I'll be retiring soon, and I have a pension to consider! There! I've been honest with you! Won't you please LEAVE?". Mrs. Wahl suggested that I relocate to a HUD-sponsored building in nearby Hoboken, NJ. The building is almost completely Puerto Rican, as is the City of Hoboken itself.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     "We own the building, and we're going to do whatever we want!"                                                                                                                                                                        -as stated by Frank Halpin, while Chairman of the previous Board of Directors of Muhlenberg Gardens, concerning my being victimized in the building at the direction of that Board. Note the above statements by Christel Wahl regarding that Board of Directors, and their part in the victimization. I had complained to Mrs. Wahl and others about being victimized by residents of Muhlenberg Gardens. The Board of Directors decided to solve their problem by forcing me to leave, and committed more crimes in their attempt to do so.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Kenneth Wessler, the present manager at MUHLENBERG GARDENS, pretends ignorance, and innocence, regarding the criminal activity: I personally overheard others warning him to stop the persecution, to which he replied, "Oh, no! I know what I'm doing!". He also said to a resident, "I don't want him here!", when referring to myself. I have overheard others telling him that he is "insane", and visitors telling residents in the lobby that they are "crazy".         When I stood up to residents harassing me in the lobby, Kenneth Wessler placed a phone call at the front desk to local police, and when that failed, attempted to contact my psychiatrist!          On Dec. 30, 2020, Kenneth Wessler stated about myself to a female Puerto Rican employee handling security in the lobby, "He knows how important all of this is!".         See "MY INSANITY DISPROVEN", under "about", for information on the importance of this website to literally millions of felons in this area, and to local and U.S. Government officials. Puerto Rican criminals often state, "WE'LL GET THAT WEBSITE!".         See "WEBSITE AUDIENCE", under "home", and "OBAMA THE CRIMINAL", under "contact", for details of the worldwide popularity of this site, and of U.S. Government involvement.                                                                                                                                             Puerto Ricans here and at other locations have stated, "You need medication!", and Puerto Rican homemakers have stated, "You're not getting adequate medical care!". These felons have repeatedly stated, "We'll find a WEAKNESS!".        They want me heavily tranquilized, and unaware of what is happening! One of the felons asserted, "If they give him medication, we can KILL him! We'll get that website!".                                                                                                                                         Doris Wessler, Kenneth Wessler's mother, who is also employed at MUHLENBERG GARDENS, stated, "We thought this would be EASY! This ISN'T!", and, "Look at the way that man BOXES! We could never bring him down on the street!".                                                                                                                                                                                                       Kenneth Wessler, and Frank Halpin's son, often harassed me with anti-gay remarks and various forms of abuse, as did many of the other staff members, residents, and visitors at Muhlenberg Gardens.                                                                                                                                                   Nelson, the Superintendent at Muhlenberg Gardens, kept harassing me one night in the lobby, where he handled front desk security. I felt chest pain, and developed a pounding, irregular heartbeat. I told Nelson that, and asked him to stop. He continued the harassment. I went upstairs to my apartment, and laid down until the symptoms subsided.                                                                                                                                               A woman named Maria, a Puerto Rican employed as front desk security at MUHLENBERG GARDENS, said to me, "We'll get that apartment, and everything in it!", and to another Puerto Rican, "They have their hearts set on what's in that apartment!", a reference to Puerto Rican residents victimizing me for resources! Maria has called the police and attempted to have me removed from the building and incarcerated.                                                                                                                                               Loretta, a white security guard with whom the Puerto Ricans get along, has similarly called police, and EMTs, in attempts to have me removed. She has also attempted to drive me from the lobby by opening windows in bitterly cold weather, and has made the statement to others, "I'll FREEZE him out!". Her other tactics include loud sing-alongs to music, crazy verbal rants, flicking lights on and off, and pounding on the front desk. She, and many other criminals here and elsewhere, are attempting to involve me in a confrontation for which I can be blamed, and taken into custody. My lease guarantees me the "quiet, peaceful use of (my) apartment, and of all common areas" in the building.                                                                                                                                                       Two Puerto Rican homemakers, and Puerto Rican residents and visitors, harass me continuously when in the lobby.                                                                                                                                                                           ALL OF THESE PEOPLE, INCLUDING THE FORMER, AND THE CURRENT BOARD OF DIRECTORS, ARE HEAVILY INVOLVED IN THIS PERSECUTION, CLAIMING EITHER THAT IT IS NOT HAPPENING, OR THAT THERE IS NO WAY TO STOP IT, WHILE THEY FOSTER IT, AND ENABLE IT TO CONTINUE!                                                                                                                                                                                                                         THE CRIMINALS' STATEMENTS AND BEHAVIOR INDICATE WHAT FELONS DO WHEN THEY HAVE TAKEN SUFFICIENT CONTROL OF AN AREA, USING CRIMINAL METHODS TO OCCUPY IT IN ENORMOUS NUMBERS, DRIVING OUT AS MANY NON-CRIMINALS AS POSSIBLE: THEY CONTINUE TO USE CRIMINAL METHODS TO DRIVE OUT, OR TO VICTIMIZE IN OTHER WAYS, DECENT PEOPLE WHO REMAIN!                                                                                                                                                                                           See the following material, and "ON POWER AND AUTHORITY", under "about".                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Note that the use of the above "letters of pending eviction", filed with HUD by Christel Wahl, which are legally part of an eviction process; numerous failed commitment attempts; attempts by Jersey City police to order me to sign a "voluntary" psychiatric admission form; attempts to press charges after severely provoking me into responses, including assaults; efforts to involve me in male prostitution; refusal by Jersey City police to write police reports when shown evidence of serious crimes; refusal by Jersey City police, and by personnel at the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office, to allow me to file complaints; and other such goings on, all involve EFFORTS BY FELONS TO USE EXISTING LAWS TO SUCCESSFULLY COMMIT SERIOUS CRIMES, making it all look legal! CONNORS SENIOR CENTER, 28 Paterson St., Jersey City, NJ, near Muhlenberg Gardens: harassment, including constant distraction while I attempt to enjoy television, or the internet.                                                                                                                                                                                                                         RECENT CRIMINAL ACTIVITY at that center, involves false statements made to The City of Jersey City, by those who continuously harass me, alleging threats made by myself. There were no threats! Jersey City has barred me from using the center, which is a federal program, and in so doing has denied me due process, and has violated my civil rights. I am always alone at the center, surrounded by the manager and clients, who victimize me.               The manager would not tell me what was alleged specifically, or who had signed the false complaint(s). She deliberately accused me of threatening people. Two Jersey City cops, a male and a female, were with her.                The same manager previously barred Peter, my one white friend, from using the center.* She also consulted with a Jersey City cop in her office, with the door left open, as to what type of crime I would have to be provoked into committing, to be found guilty and sentenced to prison!                A white senior wearing a red cap, who was helping the others harassing me, called police on his cell phone, and demanded my arrest!                 I have noted elsewhere, that criminals seek to commit crimes for which their victims will be blamed:                                                                                                                                                             CONSTANT PROVOCATION and harassment at that center, were intended to force me into a response with which I could be charged. The manager had gotten rid of my one reliable witness; she, and the other criminals with her, had me surrounded, alone; and when I failed to respond in a criminal manner to their constant provocation, the manager and the other criminals lied, and signed their names to the false complaint(s)! This is one of their criminal methods! A consistent pattern exists of the felons cooperating together to commit serious crimes, while avoiding arrests and prosecutions. And they often want what they cause to be blamed on their victims:                                                                                                                                                                                                                            PUERTO RICANS, and other criminals helping them, have used similar tactics involving constant provocation, severe harassment, and attempts to press charges with police, at other locations in New Jersey and New York City! The felons are taking over public businesses and federal programs, by forcibly and illegally excluding people from their use! The felons have no sympathy for their victims: they enjoy victimizing others with serious crimes, and do so without conscience or remorse!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 IT IS SIGNIFICANT that the Manager of the Senior Center, and the two Jersey City police officers with her, are Puerto Ricans, as are the Mayor of Jersey City, Steven Fulop, and several members of the Municipal Council. Many past Municipal Council members have been Puerto Ricans. Police and other city officials from different cultures cooperate with the criminals. I was falsely accused, tried, and convicted by these people of serious crimes, without any form of fair hearing, arrest, arraignment, or jury trial, and barred from participation in a federally-funded program which I am entitled by law to use!                                                                                                                                                                                                 STEVEN FULOP was elected Mayor of Jersey City by Puerto Ricans and others victimizing myself! Puerto Rican felons have stated, "Our mayor is Steven Fulop!", "You're in the wrong territory!", and, "You're in Puerto Rico now!". I was born in Jersey City, NJ, at Christ Hospital, on July 11, 1946! On April 11, 2023, televised news reports stated that STEVEN FULOP intends to run for Governor of New Jersey! Connors Senior Center, Mayor Steven Fulop, officials of the Jersey City Municipal Council, and members of the Jersey City Police Department warned felons from Muhlenberg Gardens that they are carrying on a "vicious persecution", and that this website is perfectly legal, while Mayor Fulop and the other municipal officials declined to stop the persecution in question! Steven Fulop was in point of fact attempting to provide a plausible excuse for atrocities committed often by enormous numbers of criminals everywhere I went for years in the New York Metropolitan Area, by blaming the crimes on "crazy old ladies" from Muhlenberg Gardens! The persecution went on for 15 years prior to my moving into that building! The felons have since inflicted severe damage to my body, paralyzing me, by knowingly and deliberately worsening neurological problems already known to them! If I do not recover, I will be confined to a wheelchair for the remainder of my life! I am presently forced to use a walker! I am disillusioned with government officials, including federal ones, who protect criminals while they harm me further! The felons responsible for inciting all of these crimes against myself, are Puerto Rican criminals claiming to be "crazy old ladies"! The deliberate commission of so many felonies against myself, is not due to mental incompetence on the part of the felons! These are Puerto Ricans and other criminals cooperating together to commit serious crimes while avoiding arrests and prosecutions! Puerto Rican residents in the dining room at Muhlenberg Gardens stated, "We thought that we could take over the building, and that Wessler (Kenneth Wessler, the previous Manager), would run it for us!". Muhlenberg Gardens is funded by HUD, a federal housing agency.                                                                                                                                                         MY EXCLUSION from THE JOSEPH T. CONNORS SENIOR CENTER involves the loss of $1,250.00 per year on federally-funded meals, snacks and other services:          Puerto Rican staff and clients, and other criminals helping them, have illegally deprived me of the use of that center, by filing false accusations with The City of Jersey City, using job positions and the law to do so, at considerable monetary expense to myself, while they continue to enjoy the benefits themselves, Puerto Rican staff being paid salaries to maintain the services for their criminal clients. On a MASSIVE SCALE, millions of these felons are progressively excluding non-criminals from areas containing wealth! KKR, Oct. 20, 2019. ​                                                                                                                                                   IN RESPONSE to a letter mailed to Mayor Steven Fulop concerning the victimization, two North District police approached me at Muhlenberg Gardens, after speaking at length to Kenneth Wessler. One of the cops, who had my letter to the mayor with him, attempted to discredit both this website, and other evidence proving federal crimes, devaluing the site, and claiming that clumsiness on my part had resulted in six scars from "accidents", and that criminals weren't distracting me to cause such injuries! He told me that he had researched my medical and other records, and had made certain that he "knew all about" me. This Puerto Rican cop, and the white cop with him, behaved towards me as if they were dealing with a mental defective, having the mind of a child!                                                                                                                                     See "PERFECT CORRELATIONS - NIGHT OUT AGAINST CRIME", under "home"; and "WRONG IDEAS", under "contact", for information on the prevalence of such an attitude among the felons.                                                                                                                                                             Port Authority police threatened Puerto Ricans at The PATH Terminal at Journal Square with arrest, when they tried to cause me to fall down a flight of stone stairs, using distraction to do so! Puerto Ricans also caused me to fall on two flights of stairs, in separate incidents in Manhattan, by using distraction from harassment. My scars did not result from "clumsiness" on my part. The criminals have deliberately inflicted such injuries, with certainty that they will not be blamed for so doing.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   The criminals inflicted many injuries, several being nearly fatal. They often made death threats, and called me their "bloodsport"! Fists and weapons were also used.                                                                                                                                                                                                       The cop offered to take down a complaint. I refused the offer. Police at The North District Police Precinct have evaded writing police reports for an assault with a deadly weapon, an assault with a chemical stream, an assault with a glass bottle, and a major robbery of items worth several thousands of dollars, by workmen doing renovations to my apartment, who stole my belongings to give to other residents. A resident bragged to me of being proud of the robbery. The police want no evidence to exist, and are attempting to discredit evidence which does exist! For many years they refused to allow me to file complaints! I will not allow a criminal police department to investigate felonies committed by other criminals whom they are protecting, while aiding and abetting their crimes.                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Michael Yun, Jersey City Councilman for Ward D (The Heights), attended the MUHLENBERG GARDENS Christmas Party (Dec. 2018), and advised residents responsible for inciting much of the criminal activity, that nothing could be done to remove my website from the internet. He stated to the felons, "We'll hope for the best!".                                                                                                                                                                 During the luncheon described above, for senior citizens at The Joseph T. Connors Senior Center, hosted by Mayor Steven Fulop and the Municipal Council of Jersey City, the Mayor told criminal residents of Muhlenberg Gardens that they were carrying on a "vicious persecution". He advised the felons that publishing this site is my right, that the website is legal, and that it therefore cannot be removed by anyone other than myself. This reiterated Michael Yun's statement to the felons that this website cannot be removed legally by themselves. The criminals have repeatedly sought to remove this site, so as to hide the details of their crimes, and the evidence for them, from everyone else! They have also repeatedly attempted to force or coerce me into removing this website from the internet myself! After numerous failed attempts to arrest or to commit me, they have attempted to make me mentally ill, and to force or coerce me into signing "voluntary" admission forms to local psychiatric wards staffed mostly by Puerto Rican felons and other criminals!                                                                                                                                               See "SEVERE DAMAGE", under "about", for information on what Christ Hospital psychiatric staff and patients did to me when I had signed voluntary admission forms to 5 East in 1984 and 1985.                                                                                                                                                       The Mayor, Municipal Council, and Jersey City police are protecting and advising the felons, and attempting to discredit substantial evidence for federal crimes! They are all concerned about economic and other forms of damage to this area, caused by publication of the truth on this site, my claims being proven both by witnesses, and with evidence.                                                                                                                                         At MUHLENBERG GARDENS, Puerto Ricans, and those helping them, harass me from neighboring apartments when I'm at home, where I have both television, and the internet; staff, residents, and visitors harass me when I use the lobby.                    Staff and residents also colluded with Jersey City police in the lobby, asking them what type of crime I would have to be provoked into committing, to guarantee a conviction and prison sentence.                    Criminals asked police at other locations in Jersey City, NJ, and in New York City, NY, "Why can't you ARREST him?".                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Statements made by those at MUHLENBERG GARDENS include, "We'll get that apartment, and everything in it!", "We'll get rid of Wessler, and get a Puerto Rican manager, and we'll take everything in your apartment!", "They have their hearts set on what's in that apartment!", "Someone else could use that apartment!", and, "You don't know PUERTO RICANS! You're as good as DEAD!".             The current value of the apartment to myself (as of May 24, 2020), in terms of federal rent and food subsidies, is $32,300.00 per year.              The harassment is constant. I have been removed from my apartment twice, close to death, by EMTs, due to "accidents" caused by distraction from the harassment (of course, medical records were filed).            Those harassing me know all of this. A nurse also warned them that I have serious health problems, which they already knew. For other attempts on my life, both at Muhlenberg Gardens and elsewhere, see relevant sections.                                                                                                                                                                 Severe harassment for months from other apartments at Muhlenberg Gardens caused me to yell at the felons, who called police and EMTs, and then stopped yelling themselves. When cops and EMTs arrived, I was the only one still yelling. This occurred numerous times. The police and EMTs transported me to hospitals to be committed. Examinations by hospital staff, which are required by law, showed no sign of illness.                                                                                                                                       Christ Hospital released me each time within a few hours, and The Jersey City Medical Center sent me home the following morning on two separate occasions! (there are medical records, and bills to government insurance). On another occasion, psychiatric staff from The Jersey City Medical Center, accompanied by four Jersey City cops, who were called to my apartment by the felons, refused to transport me upon learning of scars on my body from attempts upon my life by the criminals.                                                                                                                                         These attempts at false imprisonment by the criminals at Muhlenberg Gardens are knowing and deliberate. Other felons elsewhere are helping them. If I were to be committed, the felons at Muhlenberg Gardens would obtain my apartment, worth $32,300.00 per year in government subsidies, and its contents, for themselves and other criminals like them, using HUD rules to make it look legal!                                                                                                                                                                                 The criminal intent of staff and residents and those helping them is indicated by their own statements:                                                                                                                                                                                     "We thought this would be EASY! You're as good as DEAD!", "You're DEAD!", "We should have killed him when we had the chance!", "If he won't come over to us, he has to be KILLED!", etc., AD NAUSEAM!                                                                                                                                                                                                                               See this and other sections for detailed information on the criminals' goals and methods. The felons believe that subjecting me to enough mental and physical stress will damage my mind and body, weakening me, and will enable them to "bring (me) down" successfully and safely, and to obtain all that they are after! The harassment is constant, and they take turns doing it! They frequently state, "We'll get that website!", and they think that they can coerce me into removing it for them myself! They have stated, "All that we want is that website, and then we'll stop!" (their harassment and other crimes!). The criminals also claim that they will be "eternally grateful" (???) if I remove this site for them! Note the reference to eternity! They have also stated, "We'll stop shoving things up your ass, as soon as you give in to us!", and, "Tell your doctor that we're putting things into your ass!". They see "bringing (me) down" as being a necessary step towards eliminating the effectiveness of this website. This site publicly exposes, and thus stands in the way of their criminal takeover!                                                                                                                                       Last night (Oct. 29, 2019) a man fell at the entrance to Muhlenberg Gardens. My enjoyment of facilities which I am legally entitled to use, in no way restricts the use of those facilities by others.                                             The statements and actions of these felons at so many different locations, indicate a criminal takeover, and there are whites and others helping the criminals. The card gives me over $100.00 per month with which to purchase food. Hudson County, Dept. of Family Services, Div. of Welfare, notified me by letter of a redetermination of benefits to be done by phone. I notified that agency in two letters that my phone wasn't working properly, and that I could not come to their office in person because of severe health problems. My second letter included information that after I purchased a new phone, and attempted to call them as instructed, I waited for 30 minutes while music played, and no one answered the call. The letter included my new phone number, and voicemail number. My letters requested a redetermination by mail, as had been done on the occasion previous to this. My letters are being ignored, and the benefits will be cancelled as of August 29, 2019. This represents a loss of nearly $1,500.00 per year.                                                                                                                                                                   MY EXCLUSION from the Joseph T. Connors Senior Center, 28 Paterson Street, Jersey City, NJ, due to false complaints made by Puerto Rican staff and clients, and those helping them (see above), cost me nearly $1,250.00 per year in federally-funded meals and snacks. My $2,500.00 lifetime membership at Gleason's Boxing Gym in Brooklyn, NYC, was also ruined by Puerto Ricans. They similarly used constant harassment, and more serious crimes, to cause the loss of nearly $1,700.00 paid for 1 and 2 year memberships at gyms in Bayonne, NJ, and Manhattan, NYC. Publishing this website and maintaining it on the internet has also been costly. For losses due to robberies, and for attempts by the criminals to obtain my apartment, and its contents, for their own use, which include murder attempts, see this and other sections, esp. "home" and "about". My lease provides me with $32,300.00 per year in federal rent and food subsidies. Considerable amounts of money, and resources worth money are involved, and all of these people are felons! They are also occupying and taking control of this area by so doing at individual locations, from which they exclude those having conscience. The felons victimize decent people having conscience in this manner.                                                                                                                                                                                                   AT WASHINGTON PARK, Jersey City, NJ: harassment, the infliction of 4 injuries (there is permanent discoloration of both ankles, due to falls caused by distraction from harassment, in 2 separate incidents); the other injuries include a hematoma, resulting from a physical assault (a Hudson County police report was filed), and a foot injury inflicted by distraction from harassment, while I was kicking soccer goals. A commitment attempt by false accusation to police also took place (medical records exist). Puerto Ricans harassing me in that park called police on another occasion: the Hudson County Sheriff's Officer who responded to the call, told them, "I'm not arresting him for you because everyone knows he's being victimized by ALL of you!". While I shot baskets at Washington Park, Puerto Ricans harassed me constantly, and deliberately hit me in the back of my head with a basketball. They harass me whenever I sit quietly on one of the park benches. Puerto Ricans on Central Avenue have made "clever" suggestions implying that I should harm someone with the heavy metal exercise club which I use during workouts at Washington Park, also on Central Avenue. I ignored their statements. They wanted me arrested for violence. The criminals have repeatedly attempted to provoke me into such violence. They assume that because of a violent incident in 1965, for which a court found me innocent (see "ABOUT ME", under "home"), they could provoke me into an illegal assault 55 years later! Note their frequent statement, "We'll find a WEAKNESS!". The felons are committing an enormous number of different types of crimes, based upon information which they collected about myself for that purpose, expecting that something has to work! They also repeat the same or similar patterns of criminal activity, believing that so doing often enough will guarantee success!                                                                                                                                           AT THE FORUM FITNESS CLUB, Bayonne, NJ: harassment, disruption of workouts, attempted murder by statements advising me to raise the inclines and speeds on treadmills to dangerously high levels. Joseph Simone, Supervisor of Trainers and Nutrition, an Italian-American, found work elsewhere because of the criminal activity at that gym.                                                                                                                                                         AT RESTAURANTS IN NEW YORK CITY, AND IN NEW JERSEY: today, February 6, 2019, Puerto Rican staff and patrons harassed me viciously at 3 different restaurants on Central Avenue in Jersey City, NJ. I can't even have my meals in peace! The felons victimize me whenever I go out to eat! They attack me in restaurants at various locations. I am surrounded by them, and there are no controls on their behavior.                                                                                                                                                 PARTIAL PARALYSIS of my arms has resulted from responses to continuous harassment: yelling at the felons strains my neck, which has two damaged nerve roots (see "SEVERE DAMAGE", and "LOOSE ENDS", under "about"). I am unable to raise my arms above my head. Today, Oct. 27, 2019, at LOS TRES CHILITOS, a Mexican restaurant on Central Avenue, Jersey City, NJ, a Puerto Rican waitress ridiculed my paralysis when I needed help putting on a hooded jacket, while another observed how easy it would be for Puerto Ricans to kill me on the street, now that I am severely disabled! The persecution is constant, and has gone on now for more than 38 years! The felons are unable to change, and are making an enormous group criminal effort! Bush spoke on the flight deck.
