On Heaven and Earth
 "Heaven and Earth will pass away, but my words shall not pass away!"                                                                                                                                                                                                                  -Jesus, the Christ                                                                                                                                                     The meaning conveyed in Christ's words, He knew to be eternal, self-validating, and unchangeable, i.e. true forever, just as the equation 2 + 2 = 4, is ALWAYS true, and MUST be so!                                                                                                                                                                                                     Jesus' statement, "The Kingdom of Heaven is within you!", and the Parable of the Pearl of Great Price, and other of His parables, indicate the importance and value of development of mind to higher stages of awareness, i.e. "enlightenment", so as to grasp essential truth:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     "I am the way, the truth, and the life!"                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            -Jesus, the Christ                                                                                                                                                He wished for others to become more enlightened, so as to achieve the "civilized" ("non-criminal")* stage of mind, which is the foundation for further mental evolution in Civilization.                                                                                                                                                                                               *crime, in a Jewish Theocracy, is sin, a violation of The Law of Moses.
