I WILL MAINTAIN THIS WEBSITE on Google for as long as possible. I am publishing the site using "WebStarts". Currently, the account is paid for 60 more months, until Nov. 02, 2025, including private domain registration for KennethRuegg.com. Public domain registrations for both KenRuegg.com, and KennethRuegg.com, are renewed annually. Upon my DEATH, or MEDICAL CONFINEMENT to a hospital or a nursing home, being unable to do so myself, others must maintain this website, if they consider its publication worthwhile. Internet companies can maintain the site, if they find so doing profitable. This site was initially published 8 years and 10 months ago, on Dec. 02, 2011. Since then numerous individuals, universities, and government agencies worldwide have read, and often downloaded the material. I consider the site to be a success because of that response.
