THE CRIMES DOCUMENTED WITH EVIDENCE ON THIS WEBSITE ARE EXTENSIVE. THE SITUATION EXISTED FOR 15 YEARS, DURING WHICH TIME I LIVED AT 64 IRVING STREET, IN JERSEY CITY, NJ, AND HAS ESCALATED SINCE I MOVED INTO MUHLENBERG GARDENS, AT 1065 SUMMIT AVENUE, FOUR BLOCKS AWAY, IN FEBRUARY OF 1997. I AM UNABLE TO LEAVE MUHLENBERG GARDENS, A HUD-SPONSORED BUILDING, DUE TO A BAD CREDIT SITUATION FOR WHICH I AM NOT LEGALLY AT FAULT.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 MUHLENBERG GARDENS SPREADS PERSECUTION:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      As of January 28, 2023, Puerto Rican felons at Muhlenberg Gardens, well-aware of the serious nature of their crimes, and of the worldwide popularity of this website, are arrogantly asking, "What are they going to do about it?"! The local police, almost all Puerto Ricans, have assured the criminals at Muhlenberg Gardens that they will not be arrested and prosecuted!                   The felons at Muhlenberg Gardens have bragged to me about committing grand larceny and other crimes, and getting away with it! The criminals presently have several thousands of dollars worth of my belongings in their apartments! This geographical area has been occupied by members of a criminal culture!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Puerto Ricans and others are involved. I have been harassed, robbed, almost killed numerous times, falsely imprisoned, victimized sexually, attacked with weapons, foreign objects, and fists, and letters of pending eviction with false claims were filed with HUD. My rent and food are 80% subsidized in a HUD building, and my lease and apartment contents are worth money. Evidence includes detailed information supported by scars, medical bills and records, a New York City police report, and a Hudson County, NJ police report. Injuries inflicted in New York City, NY, and in Jersey City, NJ, left seven scars on my body. Other injuries healed completely, without leaving scars.             A photograph of a window damaged by shots fired from a lethal weapon aimed at my head exists, as does a bill for EMTs whom police had to call, when I was sprayed in the face with a chemical, so as to be beaten by assailants. The chemical stream missed my eyes. See "THE STATISTICS", under "home".                                                                                                                                                                                   Robberies occurred at 64 Irving Street, at Muhlenberg Gardens, and at Christ Hospital, all of which are in Jersey City; at The Jersey City Medical Center; at the Crunch gym at Lafayette Street, Manhattan, NYC; and at Hudson View Care and Rehab Center in North Bergen, NJ, where I was treated for the effects of head trauma inflicted by residents of Muhlenberg Gardens.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   The following is a brief list of offenses with which the criminals have victimized me almost continuously for more than 42 years:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Seventeen broken windows; a robbery of $3,000.00; an attempted break in at 64 Irving Street; an assault with a deadly weapon; an assault with a chemical stream; two assaults with bottles; many attempts to cause a heart attack or a stroke using harassment to raise high blood pressure, and to affect other serious health problems; numerous efforts to cause "accidents" through distraction from harassment; head trauma; several other head injuries; an inadvertent pill overdose; eight extra pills placed in my medication container twice; a knee injury; a foot injury; petty larceny six times; grand larceny twice; three sports injuries due to distraction by felons; two punches in my head, including one punch causing a hematoma; an ankle injury; an abdominal injury; an assault in Times Square, NYC, followed by a death threat and a punch in my head at Christopher Park, NYC; falls on 3 flights of stairs caused by distraction; efforts to cause me to be hit by a car when riding my bicycle in fast-moving traffic on Central Avenue, Jersey City, NJ, by distracting me; a head injury inflicted at Pershing Field Pool, Jersey City, NJ; severe paralysis and a court-ordered commitment by staff at Christ Hospital, Jersey City, NJ (please see "SEVERE DAMAGE", under "about": diagnostic tests performed the following year by Dr. Sandra Valdez, M.D., a highly competent neurologist practicing medicine at Christ Hospital, confirmed severe medical damage); six other illegal attempts at false imprisonment by criminals engineering commitments which failed; efforts to make me mentally ill, including attempts to make me paranoid, so as to justify my being committed; efforts to provoke me into violence, so that I might be arrested; deliberate brainwashing and gay propositions for more than 42 years, causing my being forcibly turned into a gay man and sodomized, despite my having resisted the felons' efforts to do so (please see "ON COMPLIANCE AND RESISTANCE", under "home"); an attempt to cause a heart attack at The Jersey City Medical Center, when I was admitted with symptoms of heart failure; two more attempts upon my life on Central Avenue, Jersey City, NJ, by John O'Connor, a white schizophrenic and former prison inmate helping the Puerto Rican felons victimizing me; an overwhelming number of attempts at intimidation, which include death threats; conspiracy; collusion; constant aggravated harassment and reckless endangerment; efforts to make my apartment at Muhlenberg Gardens unliveable! Note the felons' statements, "Wait until we get you upstairs in that apartment!", "He has to be ARRESTED in his apartment!", "Someone else could use that apartment!", "If you don't like it, LEAVE!", and, "We'll get that WEBSITE!". My lease provides me with a $33,000.00 per year rent subsidy from HUD! I am 78 years old, in failing health, and have nowhere else to go! I am surrounded by the felons in this abysmal criminal area! One felon brazenly stated, "Now you know what we're all like!".                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         I count well over 130 different felonies listed in the above paragraph alone!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Criminal white staff members at the Center for Psychiatry and Behavioral Health, Christ Hospital, Jersey City, NJ, told Puerto Rican staff members wanting me committed, "I can't do that! It would look too suspicious!", and, "He should be cared for in a hospital!". Another doctor told Puerto Ricans, "I can't do that! I could lose my license!". See the information on this website describing Puerto Rican felons as enlisting others to commit their crimes for them! Puerto Ricans have threatened, "Wait until you're old, and in a nursing home! We'll get even!". They have nothing for which to "get even" at all! They know how to get what they want!"                                                                                                                                                                                                                    -two gym members, Crunch gym, Lafayette Street, Manhattan, NYC. The criminals are attempting to "bring me down" successfully and safely, by victimizing me with a large number of felonies which they conceal from decent people everywhere else!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           At Crunch gym, Lafayette Street, New York City, Puerto Rican felons told white gym members who objected to my being victimized, "We're all in here! If you don't like it, LEAVE!". One of the whites responded, "We're not leaving, and if you manage to hurt him, we'll press charges!". The felons robbed my locker of items worth more than $1,000.00, including my wallet, and a 22-carat gold chain imported from Pakistan! The felons inflicted severe injuries on machines! Distraction from their harassment was constant! Staff members openly discussed murdering me, or having me committed to Bellevue Hospital, a mental facility maintained by New York City, to help Puerto Rican residents of Muhlenberg Gardens! There is an NYPD police report, and medical records were filed. One of the two NYPD police officers who filed the police report said to the other, in a low tone of voice, "I hope that this won't cause any trouble!". There was talk among police in both New Jersey and New York City about a "cover up" if anything happened to me! City officials were expressing concern about a possible retaliation by whites against Puerto Ricans, and damage to New York City's reputation with tourists and other visitors! Crunch gym chain is a business open to the public!                                                                                                                                                                                               At Gleason's Boxing Gym in Brooklyn, NYC, Puerto Ricans injured me on a treadmill, and told a trainer, "We don't want him trained at OUR gym!". At a subsequent time, one of the felons said to another, "We got what we wanted! It's an all Puerto Rican gym now!". I had purchased a $2,500.00 lifetime membership at Gleason's Boxing Gym, and memberships at four other gyms from which I was forced to leave by the felons!                                                                                                                                                   At The Joseph T. Connors Senior Center, 28 Paterson Street, Jersey City, NJ, one block from Muhlenberg Gardens, more felons falsely accused me to police of having "threatened" them! I did not threaten anyone! Their harassment of myself was constant! They were criminal residents from Muhlenberg Gardens! They made the statement, "We want OUR Senior Center!". I was forced to leave! Residents of Muhlenberg Gardens have subsequently urged a man who fell outside the building, to lie and tell EMTs and police that I had knocked him down!                                                                                                                                                                       It has been my experience that whenever large numbers of criminals cannot find a crime with which to charge an innocent victim surrounded by them, they lie and make crimes up! The criminals have falsely accused me in the past of becoming violent, of threatening them, of threatening bodily injury, of harassing them, and, by the FBI itself, of downloading and distributing kiddie porn, and of having violated copyright laws! They always attempt to victimize someone whom they consider to be a "problem" (i.e. a decent individual having conscience, who objects to and complains about victimization, and is viewed by the criminals as being alone, defenseless, and their "enemy"!). Medical records, including those for hospitalizations required to treat life-threatening injuries, were filed. The felons also conspired to illegally commit me six times! The hospitals to which I was brought for commitment by Puerto Rican police released me four times on the same day in a few hours, and twice on the following morning, and filed medical forms with my government insurance stating that there was no reason for them to hold me! Puerto Rican residents at Muhlenberg Gardens victimized me with numerous serious crimes, and defiantly stated, "We're 'Muhlenberg Gardens'!", "Someone else could use that apartment!" (a Puerto Rican felon like themselves, no doubt), "Wait until we get you upstairs, in that apartment!", "We'll get that apartment, and everything in it!" (note their perpetration of grand larceny by repairmen in early March, 2021: items worth thousands of dollars were stolen from my apartment and given to residents), "We want to kill a WHITE man before we die!", "You don't know PUERTO RICANS! You're as good as DEAD!", "You'll be the only one hurt, and we'll walk away from it UNTOUCHED!", "When WE control the building, we'll just TAKE what we want!", and, "You don't like it here! Why don't you LEAVE?". The criminals cooperate together to both commit felonies and avoid punishment! "If you don't like it, LEAVE!" is a statement often made to me by Puerto Rican criminals, including local police, and those helping them! They want this entire area for themselves, and criminals like them! They victimize decent people and force them to leave!                                                                                                                                   New York City, NY (a part of this local area); Seattle, WA; and Portland, OR were designated "anarchist jurisdictions" by the U.S. Department of Justice a number of years ago, for repeatedly allowing serious crimes to go unpunished!                                                                                                                                                                                                               Hudson County, NJ (where forty-four mayors and city councilmen were arrested in an FBI sting operation several years ago, for conspiring to accept bribes from contractors in exchange for allowing their firms to use inferior materials in construction projects), is now advertising on television to attract tourists! What modern, clean hotel rooms! If you don't mind being robbed, and quite possibly murdered in one of them for your luggage and other belongings! Don't dare to become ill! There have been robberies and murder attempts at local hospitals! The criminals at The Jersey City Medical Center stole my clothing, and attempted to cause a heart attack or a stroke! I had been admitted with swollen legs, which are symptomatic of heart failure! I was also suffering from high blood pressure, and had previously experienced a small stroke in the memory center of my brain! My existing medical conditions also included chronic bronchitis, asthma, and ischemic heart disease! Harassment by the staff was deliberate and constant! Another incident at The Jersey City Medical Center involved my being deliberately and mercilessly harassed for hours by Puerto Ricans, who cooperated together to do so in the emergency room until I hit someone! I was trying to shut him up! Puerto Rican staff then placed me in restraints, and expected two police officers whom they had called to arrest me, and have me committed with criminal charges upon me! Both white cops were wise to what was happening! The man I hit left with them! I returned home the following morning! In another incident, at Christ Hospital, also located in Jersey City, staff members and a physician both paralyzed and committed me! Leo De La Cruz, M.D., a psychiatrist who continues to this day to practice medicine at Christ Hospital, obtained a court order with which to commit me! Please see "SEVERE DAMAGE", under "about"! Several weeks later, I was released from the Acute Psychiatric Unit at Meadowview Hospital in Secaucus, NJ, a "snake pit" to which I had been committed by the court order! Staff members there could find no reason to hold me! I then suffered terrible pain in bed at home from the paralysis and uncontrollable movements, due to the dystonic dysfunction caused by Christ Hospital, for the next seventeen years! Note the criminals' subsequent six failed commitment attempts, and their further paralysis of my arms! I had learned to box, and the felons sought to "bring me down" on the street! Doris Wessler, when Service Coordinator at Muhlenberg Gardens, stated, "We thought that this would be EASY! This ISN'T! Look at the way that man BOXES! We could NEVER bring him down on the street!". Doris Wessler's son, Kenneth Wessler, was Manager at Muhlenberg Gardens! John O'Connor, who is a schizophrenic, and is one of the felons' white accomplices who served time in prison, attempted to kill me on the street twice! On one occasion, O'Connor knocked me down onto the sidewalk after demanding $30.00 cash! I had no money! The injury took five weeks to heal! More recently, he pushed me from behind in an attempt to provoke me into a fight! He wanted me blamed for whatever happened! Using a walker, I was disabled and having difficulty walking! I can attest to all of these events, and many more, as being a part of my own experience! The total victimization of myself and others by the local felons for more than 42 years has been calculated and deliberate! A $900.00 camcorder was among the items stolen. My best clothing, a headset radio, CDs and DVDs, a $40.00 basketball, a $35.00 stuffed toy Dalmatian, a dog gate, a folding plastic cart, a floor mat, a sink rack, 2 oversized chess piece bookends, bicycle lights, an Everlast timer (for boxing rounds), several backpacks, soccer shoes, a soccer ball, an air pump for soccer balls, a bag of tennis balls, a pair of rollerblades, and a skateboard were missing after visits by the cleaning women and homemakers, as were dishes, and a $2.50 U.S. currency gold coin, minted 1910.             More recent victimization by cleaning women, homemakers, and repairmen, involves the robbery of additional items, including a framed photographic print of The World Trade Center, a $279.00 signed Steinbach nutcracker, and expensive clothing. Deliberate damage was done to appliances and other items used in the home. An attempt on my life also occurred.*            As of March, 2019, I have been forced by circumstances to employ another homemaker. Clothing and other items were removed from my apartment, including scarves, winter and summer hats, muscle tees and tank tops, shorts, CDs, a comforter, a bathroom hamper, a $345.00 plastic polymer electric oven, a covered metal cooking pan having an internal rack, worth $90.00, toys, an antique coin bank worth $50.00, bicycle gloves, and a motion-charged LED flashlight. The homemaker tried to persuade me to give away a brand new microwave oven in its original unopened carton, and to give all of my DVDs to Kenneth Wessler. She attempted to obtain my "My Pillow" pillows and TempurPedic mattress for Puerto Rican residents, claiming that the items were defective and "too old". She also wanted me to throw out a beautiful recliner. The homemaker expected me to purchase a mattress cover, a mattress topper, and other expensive items. Puerto Rican residents in the lobby were mistakenly alleging that I had money. The homemaker spoke openly in the lobby to Puerto Ricans about helping them to obtain the contents of my apartment. In three days time she claimed to have used up a container of laundry detergent costing $18.00, labelled as doing 64 loads of wash! The felons looting my apartment in this manner, are involved in conspiracy and grand larceny! The value of the stolen items taken together, amounts to a considerable sum of money! The same homemaker told me that Puerto Rican staff and residents expected me to give them my Bowflex machine ("since you aren't using it anymore!"). A previous homemaker advised me that I could sell the machine on the internet ("if the price were right!"). Puerto Ricans are after my Bowflex, and expect to get it for practically nothing, or for free! The machine is worth several thousands of dollars! Puerto Rican residents have also spoken of persuading Kenneth Wessler, the present manager, to give them my furnishings and other belongings if I die in the apartment, prior to my relatives being notified of my death, and asked to empty the contents of the premises. Many robberies, assaults, murder attempts, and other felonies are being committed by the criminals at various locations, in efforts to obtain my apartment and its contents for themselves, and for the other Puerto Ricans on the building's waiting list, and to hide their ubiquitous criminal activity from unsuspecting visitors to this geographical area, who spend considerable amounts of money here!                                                                                                                                                                                                           Efforts by Puerto Rican residents to obtain money left to me by my late mother, as beneficiary of a luxury trust established by her will, and thus protected by law from the Social Security Administration (SSI), include unconscious suggestions, when they believe that I am asleep, to give the money to them; attempts to fool me into going to New York City (to pay money there to Puerto Ricans); and efforts to force me to move out (to sacrifice my benefits, and to pay money as rent to a Puerto Rican felon landlord).        The trust can only reimburse me for the purchase of items not considered assets by administrative law (SSI). I must provide the trustee with receipts prior to reimbursement. If used for all expenses, the funds would last for less than 1 year. The remainder of the funds in question are willed by my late mother to my three second cousins upon my death.         A Puerto Rican resident shouted, "Your mother left her money to you! You didn't earn it! Give the money to us!". A Puerto Rican on nearby Central Avenue, Jersey City, NJ, said to other Puerto Ricans, "He doesn't realize what he can do with that money!". A neighbor named Robbins asserted, "I'll sue the trust!".                                                                                                                                                                           Puerto Ricans, and other criminals helping them, have learned all of my business, and are sharing information with each other, here and in New York City, so as to victimize me in a criminal manner, committing felonies to do so. There are witnesses, and substantial amounts of evidence. See this and other sections. There are no internal or external controls on their criminal minds and criminal behavior, and they are occupying this geographical area in enormous numbers! I am merely one of many victims of their illegal conquest of territory, wealth, and power!                                                                                                                                                                     Residents offered a homemaker my large flatscreen television, if she would help them to delete this website from the internet, using one of my computers to do so. She would get the television as soon as I, and my website, were gotten rid of! The homemaker and the nurse assigned to the case, a Puerto Rican, would often discuss in low tones of voice whether or not I exhibited any behavior which could be used to justify a commitment. Several times they used the word "website".               The criminals also conspired with John O'Connor, a frequent visitor to my apartment, to delete this website from the internet, using one of my devices to do so. He stole a device, which did not contain the password to my website editor. See "home" for details.                    On June 16, 2021, on Central Avenue, Jersey City, NJ, John O'Connor demanded money from me, and forcibly knocked me to the sidewalk when I refused to give it to him. I was severely bruised, the injury took 5 weeks to heal, and the unprovoked and unexpected attack could have been far more serious, or even deadly! I reported the details to the FBI at fbi.gov on the internet. I did not report the incident to Jersey City police, who are aiding and abetting the felons. All of these criminals are unpredictable, violent, and dangerous!                                                                                                                                       The statement, "Now go back to the OLD LADIES!", was made to me at The Forum Fitness Club, a gym in Bayonne, NJ. People can enter Muhlenberg Gardens when 55 years old. There is a waiting list. There are both male and female residents. The parking lot accomodates residents' late model and new cars. There are residents who work. Some residents go on vacation. One resident vacationed in London, England. New furniture is delivered to apartments from stores. There are apartments with wall-to-wall carpeting, and apartments with chandeliers. The building is wired for 2 different cable television and internet services. Expenses for rent and food are subsidized by HUD, according to federal guidelines. Most residents are Puerto Ricans. A Puerto Rican visitor stated, "When WE control the building, we'll just TAKE what we want!".                                                                                                                                                                                                                             Puerto Ricans, and other criminals helping them, are obtaining jobs at MUHLENBERG GARDENS, and residency in all of the apartments. The building receives large amounts of federal funds from HUD for salaries, renovation, and maintenance of the facility, and residents receive sizable amounts of government money in the form of rent and food subsidies from HUD. These felons are attempting to occupy not only my apartment, but ALL of the apartments!                                                                                                                                                                                           Muhlenberg Gardens is being renovated. In early March, 2021, I was placed in a different apartment for 10 days while apartment #6B was renovated. When I was told to return to #6B, the rooms were a shambles, furniture and other items being piled up everywhere in a haphazard manner. I had no table upon which to eat. The apartment had been deliberately made unliveable. My television and internet connection had been ripped apart. I called the FBI in Newark, who told me to call police, which I did.               A Puerto Rican female handling the front desk told me that an official would inspect my apartment the following Monday, and that she would give me a box containing forms to fill out and sign. An official came to see the apartment that Monday while I was out having lunch. Statements were made by others that the Puerto Rican staff member lied to the official, and told him that I did not wish to press charges. The same employee later denied having told me that I must fill out and sign complaint forms.               My understanding of the situation is that Kenneth Wessler, the Manager at Muhlenberg Gardens, was told by the official who inspected my apartment, that forcing someone out of his home in a HUD-sponsored building is a serious violation of federal law, which must be reported.                                                                                                                                                                                                                            The apartment was restored to a semblance of order, and on March 25, a Comcast technician reconnected my cable television and internet equipment. I had previously maintained this website by using computers, which the felons deliberately disabled. I was able to enter a recent change in payment information with WebStarts by using my cell phone to do so. Otherwise, this website would have been removed from the internet due to non-payment of minimal monthly charges. I later received an e-mail from WebStarts stating that my attempt to enter the new payment information by cell phone had failed. I then entered the data using my MacBook Air.                                                                                                                                                 Among items stolen was an attache case containing evidence against the felons, including receipts for letters to government officials, both local and federal; a photograph of gunshot holes in a window documenting their first murder attempt; a bill from The Jersey City Medical Center for an exam by EMTs called to my apartment by police, after my having been sprayed in the face with a chemical stream during an attack by one of the felons; a letter from the FBI in Washington, D.C. requesting that I talk to agents in Newark, NJ; and other pieces of evidence. The felons left behind a second attache case, which contained no evidence, and was therefore useless to them.                   I had given items no longer useful to me to those handling the apartment. Items not given to anyone were stolen. These include a Dell computer monitor, a scanner, a printer, a keyboard, a CPU, Bose acoustic speakers, weights and other exercise equipment in addition to those which I had given to staff managing the premises, a wine cooler, two swords, a Bavarian cuckoo clock, dishes, an artist's Verilux table lamp, two matching table lamps and a floor lamp, all three having leaded glass lampshades, an electric can opener, wooden chests containing two full sets of utensils, a $165.00 tennis racket, a mask and snorkel, swim fins, boxing gear, an Everlast carrying bag for boxing gear, a soccer ball and soccer shoes, clothing, including dozens of pairs of socks and 3 pairs of winter sweat pants (the pants were all I had to wear in cold weather; I was finally able to purchase one new pair which barely fits, at a price which I could afford, at a discount store, on Oct. 19, 2022), expensive framed wall prints, a shaver, an alarm clock, two boxes of disposable gloves, towels, a washrag, a broom, a pail for mops, a plunger, an umbrella, a trashcan, etc. The thugs also damaged a $155.00 Sony DVD/CD player, which they left behind, and a frequency scanner. My shower curtain was deliberately ruined: I could not shower! I have since purchased another shower curtain, and replaced several other damaged or stolen items, at considerable expense to myself! Altogether, the items taken or deliberately ruined by the felons cost thousands of dollars!                                                                                                                                   One workman told me, "You hurt us! Now live like an animal!". The felon's statement reflects the damage done to the criminals by public exposure of their crimes and methods using this website. Everything which they do to me is calculated and deliberate! The statement, "You hurt us!" fails to note that I am an innocent man being victimized by felons! Note the workman's use of the word "us". Ransacking and ruining my apartment was a group criminal effort! Also note the felons' total inability to accept responsibility for their criminal behavior, as noted elsewhere on this website! The same enormous group of felons have been victimizing myself and others for years, and getting away with it all!                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Note statements made by Puerto Rican felons such as, "We'll get that apartment, and everything in it!", and, "We'll get that website!". The above attempt to force me out of my apartment, and to eliminate this website failed because I called the FBI in Newark, who advised me to call the police! Note that although the felons stole several thousands of dollars worth of items, and I called both the FBI and the police, no one came to speak with me, and there is no police report! There are also no police reports for other serious crimes, including assault with a deadly weapon! Some of these criminals have jobs in law enforcement!                                                                                                                                       As of September 13, 2023, I overheard a staff member discussing with another staff member finding a way in which to rob my apartment again! The other staff member warned him not to do so!                                                                                                                                                                   Note the many and varied crimes described on this website, which the felons are committing in their attempts to obtain my belongings and apartment, and to eliminate this website from the internet! A Puerto Rican resident in the dining room stated, "We thought that we could take over the building, and that Wessler (Kenneth Wessler, the present Manager) would run it for us!". Another Puerto Rican resident bragged to me about tenants in the building having persuaded workmen to rob and ransack my apartment, and to give them the stolen items! This building is being occupied by criminals in pursuit of wealth!                                                                                                                                                 Constant harassment by Puerto Ricans in apartments near my own is seriously criminal. The felons are attempting to cause paralysis, a heart attack, or a stroke. They found out that I have neurological problems, COPD, an irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure, and abnormally thin blood vessels in my head, and that I have already had a small stroke in the memory center of my brain. The felons force me to react to constant provocation coming from other apartments, and felons in parks in Jersey City, NJ, and lower Manhattan, NYC, have punched me in my head. One of the assaults resulted in a hematoma. There is a Hudson County Sheriff's Office police report. I was also hit in the back of my head with a Snapple bottle on Congress Street in Jersey City. Puerto Ricans constantly state, "That's not attempted murder!", and, "We're not shit!", as a response to my statements evaluating their crimes and moral turpitude! Seniors become eligible for residency at 55 years of age. As to having to pay for their crimes, now that they know there is punishment, residents in nearby apartments have stated, on Dec. 2, 2022, "We're all dead anyway, and we don't care!". They are not dead at age 55! They pretend to be "crazy old ladies" to avoid consequences for orchestrating and directing the commission of so many felonies by other criminals in this geographical area, against myself and other victims! They are liars! All Puerto Ricans fear punishment once they are certain that it is there! I have made them aware of the economic consequences which millions of these felons have incurred for their behavior! Normal, decent people will avoid vacationing in criminal areas such as New York City, and adjacent cities and towns in New Jersey, now that they know! My experience with the felons proves that they hide their crimes from unsuspecting tourists and investors. The broadcasts in the media, including those covering the New York City Marathon, the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, the other parades, the Christmas tree lighting ceremony at Rockefeller Center, New Year's Eve at Times Square, and the animated holiday displays in ground floor windows of R.H. Macy and Company, are all presentations designed to obtain money by luring visitors to New York City and surrounding areas. Note information under "home" that The City of New York was among three cities designated "anarchist jurisdictions" by the U.S. Department of Justice! Other residents of New York City have warned Puerto Ricans that they intend to use "money and power" to get even with them for "ruining this city for us!". Although Puerto Ricans and the other felons helping them cooperate together to "bring down" innocent victims, and there are too many of the thugs to arrest, Puerto Rican felons and other criminals who occupy and control most of this geographical area, now face substantial economic consequences! "Caveat emptor!": "Let the buyer beware!". Most of the money unsuspecting tourists and investors routinely spend here has been financing a dangerous criminal takeover! I refused to sign the receipt.                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Puerto Ricans at Crunch gym at Lafayette Street, Manhattan, NYC, robbed my locker of items worth more than $1,000.00, including a gold chain, my wallet, my gym bag, my gloves, hat, scarf, and pants. An NYPD police report was filed, and several days later an NYPD detective who investigated the incident, notified me that there were no security cameras in the gym's locker room. The felons had cut the lock on my locker, and robbed most of the contents. The locker room is always occupied by gym members. The criminals follow a consistent pattern of cooperating together in large numbers to commit serious crimes, while avoiding arrests and prosecutions. I came home to Jersey City in gym shorts, a shirt, and a jacket, in chilly Autumn weather.                                                                                                                                                                       Wallets were robbed at Christ Hospital, Jersey City, NJ; at The Jersey City Medical Center; and at Hudson View Care and Rehab Center, a nursing home in North Bergen, NJ.                                                                                                                                                         They also robbed my late mother, who was in her 80's, and legally blind, of $3,000.00, at her home at 64 Irving Street, Jersey City, NJ. Puerto Ricans acquired that house at market value, the lowest possible price, and converted it into a two-family residence. It is now worth 5 to 6 times what they paid for it. My mother had been intimidated, seventeen windows had been broken, and shots had been fired at my head through a ground floor window. There was constant harassment from the street. When Jersey City police called to the scene saw the holes from the shots fired, and evaded filing a report, I photographed the window. Jersey City cops have likewise avoided filing police reports in two other situations involving felonious assaults, and a third incident involving grand larceny!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           A Puerto Rican female, to whom my mother had complained about the harassment and other crimes, replied, "There's always a problem with one house!". The houses which are always "problems" for Puerto Ricans, and those helping them, are occupied by decent white owners having conscience, whom they force to sell their homes, and to leave. Puerto Ricans at Muhlenberg Gardens have stated, "It HAS to work! It ALWAYS does!". On how many decent victims? As to their problem with myself, I'm an innocent white victim presently living alone in one apartment at Muhlenberg Gardens. There are 151 other apartments in this building, occupied almost entirely by Puerto Ricans! I'm the only resident being victimized and "brought down" by them!                                                                                                                                                          Note numerous statements such as, "If you don't like it, LEAVE!", and, "You don't like it here! Why don't you LEAVE?", being made to myself, while living at Muhlenberg Gardens. The felons have also stated, "Someone else could use that apartment!", and, "We'll get that apartment, and everything in it!". This includes $15,000 per year in U.S. Government subsidies, for rent and food ($27,500 per year as of January 1, 2018, due to a revaluation). Criminals pursue resources!                                                                                                                                    A former pastor at St. Anne's Church, told me, "I can't understand all of those crazy people in your neighborhood!". Months later, during a telephone conversation, he said, "Was my mother a Puerto Rican? YOU BET SHE WAS!".                                                                                          A white social worker at Christ Hospital's Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health, who doubted that moral values were important any longer, told me that Puerto Ricans were ordinary people like everyone else. And he then mentioned his vacation in Puerto Rico.                                A white staff member at Muhlenberg Gardens spoke to another employee of his first job at age eighteen. In Puerto Rico.                                         The above information must be understood in the context of statements by Puerto Ricans, such as, "We only get along with certain ones!", and, "If he (myself) won't come over to us, he has to be KILLED!". The statement, "We don't like the 'self-righteous' ones! They're no better than us!", reveals the hatred which these felons have for decent people who oppose their crimes, and will not help them to commit those crimes!                                                                                                                                                                                                             I have been documenting an extensive, insidious criminal conspiracy victimizing myself and others for more than 41 years! As of July 28, 2023, I received my checking account statement from The Provident Bank in Jersey City, NJ, which is staffed by Puerto Ricans. SSI rules prohibit a recipient of benefits from possessing more than $2,000.00 in assets. Bank employees know that! The bank statement in question contains falsified information indicating a deposit of $852.09 on July 3, 2023, raising my balance to $2,320.00, and four withdrawals on that same day totaling $804.48 in cash, using my debit card at two different ATM machines to reduce the balance. Withdrawals from the ATM system using the debit card are limited to $500.00 per day. Withdrawals totaling more than that are declined. The different transactions which the above bank statement alleges as having all occurred on July 3, 2023, would be impossible to transact on the same day!                                                                                                                                                                               A check drawn upon The Lillian Ruegg Trust used as reimbursement for covered expenses, exempt by administrative law from being considered an asset by the Social Security Administration, was deposited for the indicated amount, and the amounts for the four ATM withdrawals are all correct, balancing the bank's books, but these transactions occurred on other days, not on the same day as is indicated by the bank statement! The funds in my checking account never exceeded the legal limit for SSI and Medicaid recipients! The five transactions processed by the bank as occurring on Monday, July 3, 2023, and listed on the statement as such, are misleading, and indicate that the account exceeded the legal limit for SSI recipients. On a different page of the statement, the actual dates of the withdrawals are listed in fine print! I pay my bills using the account. As of July 29, 2023, the balance is $436.72.                                                                                                                                                                       This incident is another of many which demonstrate the insidious nature of the conspiracy victimizing me for so many years! A crime committed by bank employees manipulating the dates of transactions listed in official records, so as to incriminate me, shows an account balance of $2,320.00, subsequently reduced by four withdrawals, all on the same day! The check deposited from The Lillian Ruegg Trust for $852.09 reimbursed me for covered expenses, which had been paid using my checking account! Statements made by other residents at Muhlenberg Gardens include, "Your mother gave that money to you! You didn't earn it! Give that money to us!", "We'll take away your SSI!", and, "I'll sue the trust!". A criminal on nearby Central Avenue, where the residents go to shop stated, "He doesn't realize what he can do with​ that money!".                                                                                                                                   Note the information above about my apartment having been robbed and ransacked by workmen, who gave thousands of dollars worth of items to Puerto Rican residents. The items purchased for me over many years by The Lillian Ruegg Trust now adorn the felons' apartments! This tactic was used by Christel Wahl, a former Manager, at the insistence of her Board of Directors! They were all taking advantage of a resident with a disability! Christel Wahl told me in her office, "The Board of Directors wants you out! I work for The Board of Directors, and I have to obey orders! I'll be retiring soon, and I have a pension to consider! There! I've been honest with you! Won't you please LEAVE?". Constant harassment by felons in nearby apartments was intended to force me to leave!                                                                                                                                                                       I had complained about being victimized to Christel Wahl in her capacity as Manager. The Board of Directors attempted to solve their problem by getting rid of the victim! Most residents of Muhlenberg Gardens are members of a criminal culture! How many apartment buildings are occupied by tenants intent upon murdering another tenant for his apartment and lease?

The above falsification of records appears to be a deliberate attempt to compromise my eligibility for SSI and Medicaid, which would endanger my apartment and lease! Note the felons' own statements, "We'll get that apartment, and everything in it!", "Someone else could use that apartment!", and, "We'll get that WEBSITE!". The value of my lease exceeds $1,000,000.00 for 30 years of residency! The felons are intent upon obtaining that million dollar HUD rent subsidy for members of their own criminal culture! Note their statements about the building: "We're 'Muhlenberg Gardens'!", "We thought that we could take over the building, and that Wessler would run it for us!" (Wessler was a former Manager), "We want to kill a WHITE man before we die!", and, "When WE control the building, we'll just TAKE what we want!". I am retaining the checking account statement described above, as one of many different pieces of evidence proving serious crimes committed by the felons. The criminals have cooperated together to commit crimes in pursuit of criminal goals in the past. They have used job positions, and the law itself to perpetrate crimes. The felons have conspired together to falsify official records, and to make false claims about myself. They have also made stupid mistakes, which left behind valid pieces of proof!                                                                                                                                     The felons deprived me of the use and benefits of The Joseph T. Connors Senior Center, located at 28 Paterson Street, Jersey City, near my home, by falsely claiming to police and other city officials that they had all been threatened! The Puerto Rican Manager demanded that I leave the center, making her false accusations in front of two Puerto Rican cops who were with her! I know better than to make threats! These are criminals who seek to incriminate their victims, and to make so doing look legal! The loss of the Senior Center cost me $1,250.00 per year in benefits, while the felons took control of that center, including the jobs and programs! They repeatedly stated, "We want OUR Senior Center!".                                                                                                                                           Whereas felons using Gleason's Boxing Gym in Brooklyn, New York City, shouted to a trainer, "We don't want him (myself) trained at OUR gym!", an indicted Donald J. Trump has tweeted to his followers, "Demonstrate! Take back OUR country!".                                                                                                                                                                                                       I am not mistaken about criminal cultures and their takeovers! Criminals see everything as belonging to themselves! They repeatedly use the adjective "OUR" when referring to what belongs to others!                                                                                                                                                   My experience with criminals is that they exclude decent people from empowerment! Criminals at Crunch gym, Lafayette Street, New York City, shouted at two white gym members, "We're all in here! If you don't like it, LEAVE!". Local felons are telling decent residents, "If you don't like it, LEAVE!". A Puerto Rican cop handling the front desk at The North District Police Precinct, on nearby Central Avenue, said to me, "Based upon what you've been telling me, we don't have to let you file a complaint! If you don't like it, LEAVE!". They're attempting to get rid of us! Where are decent people supposed to go?                                                                                                                                                                                                 Note the felons' attempts upon my life using weapons and other means! Whereas my former illness doesn't render me immune to victimization, and I have sustained severe physical injuries, the criminals responsible convinced each other that I wouldn't be believed if I complained, that they could tell people that I was "crazy", and that others wouldn't care about what was done to me! I was last admitted to a psychiatric ward, Christ Hospital's 5 East, in 1985, thirty-eight years ago! Despite the physical, emotional, and mental stresses resulting from more than forty-one years of victimization, the many attempts by the felons to commit me since 1984 have been noticeable failures, as are their persistent efforts to either force or coerce me into signing "voluntary" admission forms to psychiatric wards!                                                                                                                                                               The statement, "We're not going to turn you into an INVOLUTIONAL PSYCHOTIC!", indicates the felons' intent to derange my mind, and to then have me committed! I was shot at, sprayed in the face with a chemical, punched in my head twice, in two separate incidents, poked and spat upon, pushed on a subway platform, and attacked with bottles, at locations in Jersey City, NJ, and New York City, NY. A Puerto Rican female harassed and punched me at Hoboken Terminal, Hoboken, NJ. Puerto Rican males at the terminal then confronted me in a large group. I stood my ground, and assumed a boxing stance. They persuaded her to join them, after she had repeatedly insisted, "That's not a reason to KILL him!". Two inflicted injuries, one very serious, and a robbery of items worth more than $1,000.00, are substantiated by two scars, medical records, and a police report filed at the 9th Precinct in Manhattan, NYC, by NYPD Police Officer Palmieri. A statement concerning the more serious injury as having been deliberately inflicted by others at that gym, was recorded by EMTs called to examine me at Muhlenberg Gardens, to determine if the injury was life-threatening. The statement was signed by myself, the two EMTs, and by a Muhlenberg Gardens employee, acting as a witness.                                                                                  Medical treatment by Dr. Joseph Saleeb, M.D., of an abdominal blood clot resulting from the injury, included antibiotics, and a fecal occult blood test. Dr. Saleeb billed government insurance. My lower abdomen is permanently deformed as a result of the injury.                                  Employees at Crunch gym at Lafayette Street were telling gym members that I was schizophrenic, and spoke of their intent to victimize me by having me committed to Bellevue Hospital, a New York City mental institution. This duplicated the pattern of illegal commitment attempts by the criminals in New Jersey.                   There was constant harassment, and the felons knew that I had money available to me from a trust, to pay for fitness and boxing instruction. I had not given them any of this information about myself at all.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             Puerto Rican patrons at The Forum Fitness Club, Bayonne, NJ, made the statement, "Now go back to the 'OLD LADIES'!".  Recently (January, 2020) a female resident at Muhlenberg Gardens shouted, "They're MEN! Look at the BODIES!", from a nearby apartment. Puerto Ricans in apartments adjacent to my own shouted such statements for years whenever I watched wrestling on television. This was part of their brainwashing technique. Residents can enter Muhlenberg Gardens at 55 years of age. They have claimed that all of those who hurt me were "old ladies" who are long since deceased. The resident repeating the above statement is very much alive!
