VICTIMIZED BY MILLIONS
ANONYMITY IN NUMBERS - THE PROBLEM WITH MAKING ARRESTS
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    THE CRIMINALS cooperate together when attempting to "bring down" a victim: they take turns in large numbers committing crimes.                                                                                                                                             WHEN CALLED TO ACCOUNT, they say, "We don't know who did it!", and, "We can't do anything about that!".                                                                                                                                                                                     SO MANY OF THEM cooperate, that it isn't possible to arrest them all:                                                                                                                             PUERTO RICANS ordered by the NYPD in Greenwich Village to stop harassing me, replied,                                                                                                                                                                                                                         "You can't arrest ALL of us! There are too MANY of us!"                                                                                                                                       THEY BELIEVE that there is safety in numbers, which places them above the law!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 AS TO how many victims have been hurt in this manner, the criminals have made the statement,                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   "It HAS to work! It ALWAYS does!"                                                                                                                                                       AS TO whether or not they get away with their crimes, witness the statements:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           "We're all PUERTO RICANS! What can they do to us?"                                                                                                                                                         "They won't do anything! There are too MANY of us!"                                                                                                                                                                                                and,                                                                                                                                                                              "You'll be the only one hurt, and we'll walk away from it UNTOUCHED!"                                                                                                                       And that's exactly what has happened, in the cases of all other victims of whom I am aware, and for more than 42 years in my own case!                                                                                                                                         I advise decent people to avoid these criminals, and not to spend money buying from them, or investing with them!                                                                                                                                                                           The felons employ the combined weight of enormous numbers of both felonies and misdemeanors committed over time to "bring down" their victims!
