HEGEL and THE FOUNDING FATHERS
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                WHAT IS NOT UNDERSTOOD about the CONSTITUTION, as the work of geniuses, is that its system of government has worked so well, because it must, due to the perfection inherent in its design.                                                                                                                                                                                      GEORG WILHELM FRIEDRICH HEGEL, a German philosopher, postulated proper government as having the same perfection as mathematics.                                                                                                                                                   THE PHILOSOPHY OF RIGHT, together with THE PHILOSOPHY OF HISTORY, propound Hegel's ideas.                                                                                                                                                                                                                 The statement, "THE IDEA GIVES VALIDITY TO ITSELF", the first statement under ABSTRACT RIGHT in THE PHILOSOPHY OF RIGHT,* indicates a perfection in proper government, equal to the perfection of equations in mathematics, such as 2 + 2 = 4, and equally as valid, i.e. "self-validating".                                                                                                                                                                                HEGEL was a genius, as were THE FOUNDING FATHERS.                                                                                                                                               THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES substantially fulfills what Hegel postulated, as is demonstrated by the History of The United States.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        PUT DIFFERENTLY, something that is extremely well-designed, and is based upon sound principles, will work well, because it must. It will demonstrate that ability to work well over time.                                                                                                                                                                                                *it is not coincidental that THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE declares "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" to be primary among inalienable rights with which men are endowed by their Creator. A Harvard Law School professor, using the Socratic Method, questioned a student, "How do you know that you have rights?". The student answered correctly by stating, "Because the CONSTITUTION guarantees them!".                                                                                                                                                                                                                  NOTE the correlation between rights, proper systems of government, Evolution of Mind, and the process and purpose of Creation as described in many relevant sections of this website.
